Thank you for visiting our Royal Palms 1202 condo in beautiful Gulf Shores. This unit is located on the 12th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. We also own and offer units 206 and 904. You can view all our units on our FB page "Gulf Shores Vacation."

A beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from the living room. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view.

This unit is a direct Gulf Front unit and is located on the 12th floor. It is a 1BR/2BA unit with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, bunks in the hallway, queen size sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico with sugar white beach. Convenient to all the action of the Gulf Shores Orange Beach.

This is a great complex with an indoor and outdoor pool plus hot tubs. There is also a sauna and steam room located on the 2nd floor. The building is well maintained and has amazing views of the Gulf and is located next the state park which means the beach area is never crowded and you can also walk to the pier. We have many repeat guests that enjoy Royal Palms!We own and manage all of our units.

Please note Royal Palms is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Smoking is permitted at the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building.

We are local so we have a hands on all of our properties and inspect all units on a regular basis. My wife Sonya enjoys working with guests with recommendations for shopping, dining, things to do so if you are new to the area or it's been a little while since your last visit please follow the booking instructions to request information on our recommendations.

Great Stay!!

We came down to Gulf Shores with our baseball team and had a great experience. The room was very clean and had a great view of the beach. Our family had a great time and we'd certainly book again in our next visit to Gulf Shores.

Great vacation place!

Very clean condo with a great view of the beach at the Royal Palm condos. Close to the state park. Everything was supplied for a week stay. I would definitely recommend room 1202 for your vacation stay.

Great Comfortable Condo on the Beach

We have been going to Gulf Shores for over 30 years. This condo was the most comfortable (as far as furnishings) we have ever stayed in. Will rebook future trips at this exact condo, if available.

Great location and easy access in and out of parking lot. The beach was not crowded and made for a relaxing time. Room was as described and clean with a great view of the water. Elevator was easy access and not too busy so we didn’t have to wait long.

Being next to the pier ,where 4th of July fireworks were displayed. Beautiful sight to behold. The condo was lovely.

Anniversary

Amazing views, 12th floor so little wait for the elevator but worth it, clean room. Cookware and kitchen could use some updates and the dishwasher was crooked but worked great. Quick response from owners of anything was needed. Sauna, hot tub and steam room were an added luxury on our cold, windy rainy day!

Great location, beautiful view

You can't beat this location. The views are out of this world, and we love being so close to the State Park as well. It's also close to many restaurants and other activities. Jason was an excellent host. The check-in instructions were clear, and he was also so quick to respond to any questions we had. As with most rentals in this area, you are only provided with a starter supply of basic necessities (as noted in the property description), so plan accordingly. This condo is perfect for a couple or small family.

Last minute winter visit

Had an excellent stay. We decided last minute and reached out to Jason the morning we wanted to book. He was very kind and incredibly quick to respond. The unit is well maintained and excellent views of the pier, sunrise, and sunset. Always a less crowded feel as royal palms is the last commercial tower before the land break between gulf shores and Orange beach. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view from the balcony, very comfortable bed, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We could see Gulf Shores State Park Pier from the balcony, and it was a short walk down the beach. We loved watching the dolphins.

Memorial Day Weekend

Location great and quiet. Linens are great. Furniture is sturdy. Kitchen utensils well stocked but bring your own knife if you plan to prep food. Location was awonderful benefit.

Great stay at a great place

We had a great stay at this Royal Palms unit. The views from the 12th floor were amazing! The unit was just a described. Having two full bathrooms was extremely nice as well. Located at three east end of Gulf Shores made it easy to enjoy everything from Dauphin Island to Perdido Key. If we return, we will definitely look to see if this unit is avaliable and we would recommend it to others.
