    Just Ā½ mile from the main public beach at Gulf Place, you're within walking distance of iconic spots like The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, shopping, dining, and festivals. Adjacent to Waterville USA for family fun, and right on the bayou leading to Lake Shelby, perfect for kayaking, fishing, or exploring Gulf State Park trails.



    Times & Parking: Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10AM. Includes 1 covered parking space and one lot parking space. (no boats, RVs, or trailers permitted).

    House Rules: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site for the duration. Strictly no pets, smoking (unit or balcony), or loud parties.

    Guest required to sign a rental agreement. $300 refundable Security Deposit/Authorization is required and processed by host.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as described and made for such a comfortable vacation. The pool area was very clean and temperature-controlled, which made it perfect to enjoy at any time of day.The condo itself was spotless and fully equipped with all the main necessities. We especially appreciated the thoughtful starter kit of basic household items to get us settled in. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge convenience for our family.The views were beautiful, and the location truly couldnā€™t be better ā€” itā€™s within walking distance to everything, which made getting around so easy.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing place to stay!
