Beach Area Condo, 2bed-2bath, Seabreeze 309

This condominium is affordable and relaxing. The condo is across the street from the beach about one hundred yards away from the gulf. We have deeded beach access with our neighbors across the street that will lead you to the beautiful white sandy beaches which Gulf Shores is famous for! From the front door you can see the beach in the distance and smell the ocean breeze.

The condo sleeps 5-6, the master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The guest room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, there is also an extra twin roll-away bed under the bottom bunk. The minimum age to rent is 24.

The condo is located one mile from the center of Gulf Shores and minutes from everything Gulf Shores has to offer: water park, golfing, deep-sea fishing marinas, shopping at the Tanger outlet-mall, etc.

The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WiFi internet access is here for your use, at no charge to you. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom with DISH cable.
On the property grounds there are 4 charcoal grills surrounding a large shaded gazebo with patio tables and benches, perfect for family gatherings. The large circular pool and gazebo are the focal points of the complex courtyard.
Our condo comes with one reserved parking spot that can fit two cars rear end to front end.

Perfect for weekend getaway

This little condo was perfect for our small group for a weekend trip. The place was clean and comfortable. Supplies were easy to find. The host clearly explained what was provided, which was very helpful. We did bring extra of what we thought we would need. The community was well kept and neighbors very friendly. Beach access was a quick 5 minute walk and very convenient.

Family vacation

This was a nice family getaway for our family. We enjoyed our time together at this condo and beach. This condo is nicely located around a lot of eateries, shops and entertainment venues. The condo was clean and I loved that there were carts available at the elevator to help with luggage. There are also outdoor showers to wash off the sand from the beach, located by the pool area.

Just What We Needed

My sister and I decided to make a quick sisters' trip to explore the Gulf Shores area. We were looking for clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly lodging. This is a well-maintained older property with comfortable furnishings. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries we made. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We were there just for overnight. The beds were comfortable and the condo was easy to access. We had a couple of family members come play cards and the dining room table was nice for that. We were surprised there weren't any coffee filters, but that was the only thing that was lacking. We really appreciated the carts to put our luggage on to get to the unit. We loved this place:)

Beach vacation

We went to an out of town wedding and decided to make a long weekend out of it. The condo surrounds a beautiful swimming pool. Right across the street is the beach and we could see it in the distance behind the buildings across the street. The pathway to the beach was a block over. This was a residential district with a party store three blocks away and a great restaurant a 15-minute walk down the street. We did have to use the car! It was a great trip.

It was okay

The property was nice. It could have been cleaner. There were dark, curly hairs in our folded towels (we are all blondes). There was a neighbor that lives there full time that insisted on smoking just outside his door rather than walking down to the smoking area that was annoying. The pool was clean. Parking spots were very tight for a truck. Location was pretty good with a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a good deal for location.

Not kid friendly

Not a kid-friendly place to stay. People complained we were too loud when we weren’t. Pool had people making out in it most of the time. If kids were in it the adults glared at them with mean looks. Room had a towel bar in the bathroom that was broken. The other bathroom sink had a broken stopper that needed fixed.

Good place to lay your head

If you're looking for a place to go to sleep during your stay at an affordable rate, this is it. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in at a vacation rental. Its also pretty close to the main strip where all the shops and restaurants are. The rental itself was nice and clean. The key box was tricky. Needs replaced. The complex was a bit dated & run down. The parking spaces are super tight to squeeze into for a larger car. The elevator closest to our parking spot kinda broke down while we were on it. It was very jerky and started coming to a jolting stop at every floor despite us being on the 3rd floor and no one else trying to catch the elevator. We decided to just use the stairs the rest of the time. There is an elevator on the other side of the complex that seemed to work ok if you do not have the ability to use the stairs (we used it to take the cart down to load our car at the end of our stay). The listing also should be updated with a photo of the beach access from the beach side... We got coffee one morning at the shop above Pier 33 grocery and thought we would just walk down the beach & exit at our resort. Unfortunately it's not marked for Seabreeze & all other beach access points are PRIVATE with a key code & hence we were unable to exit the beach until we found a public exit quite a way down. Still, I would say our experience at this rental was good for the price so I still gave the property a good rating. Just a few points for future renters.
