Beach Axis' deck is as close to the gulf as you can get in the area. Folks LOVE LOVE LOVE its gulf front decks! Most nearby units have their pool behind the homes, putting the pool between you and the beach. Not Beach Axis. Beach Axis' pool is streetside. Sit on the deck, enjoy the sunset, while most neighbors are behind you! How nice is that! The pool is private to the two sides of the duplex—not shared with any other home.

Close to everything, especially the beach! Right across from Waves Grocery, Ice Cream shop, Seafood shop, and the Beach Kitchen Bar and Grill. What more could you ask? Location. Location. Location!

Plus this is one of my guests' favorite places. Lots of repeat visitors each year! Great price for a recently completed redone beachfront duplex. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Beach Axis is completely furnished and professionally decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.

The Beach Axis duplex house is located directly on the beach of the Gulf. Either side of Beach Axis can be leased separately as a 5BR/5BA that sleeps 18, or take both sides for a full 10BR 10BA sleeping up to 36!

One side perfect for your group, then book our Beach Axis East and Beach Axis West listings for the individual units. Take one or both, you'll have a great stay either way!

Other amenities include central air/heat, televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, telephone with free domestic long distance, washer/dryer, covered porch and sundeck area,  large outdoor pool, Gulf front balconies, and a master bath whirlpool tub.

Since we have a higher proportion of guests recently who are new to vacation homes, I wanted to mention a few things that may be new to guests who normally stay in hotels or resorts rather than a private home so they are not surprised. As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, except where specifically noted, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.

Perfect set up!

4 couples, and two brothers. This house was perfect for all of us! The store and restaurant across the road are convenient and delicious! The house is great, every bed was comfortable. The easy beach access and pool are so nice!

Great home for family beach trip.

Great home for family beach trip. We enjoyed this house so much - everyone went on and on about the location. Almost a Fort Morgan feel with quieter beaches, but close to everything you need. The owner was fast to respond regarding any issues we had. We had 9 adults and 2 children under 2 and the space was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Great place!!!

The place is great. The beds were comfy, your outdoor furniture was awesome. It had everything we needed. That pool was perfect. There was a leak in the second floor door, but we reported that and they came and fixed it! It was actually from the upstairs door.

Beach Axis... Wow!

We still LOVE Beach Axis. Its out third trip! My kids thought it was the BEST summer vacay yet! Rick is always very easy to work with and responsive, and Haleigh was so sweet. We already booked a return trip! The countdown begins!

Fantastic beach wedding

Beach Axis did NOT disappoint!!

This year marked our 6th year in one side or the other of the Beach Axis home. And once again it did not disappoint!! Rick and his team are top notch and take care of their customers. Our Beach Bash Reunion

Your house was everything we wanted and needed for our reunion! All bedrooms were great. Each had its own bathroom. Living areas and balconies were perfect. We had 9 adults and it was perfect. We were there during an excessive heat warning in August so it was very hot but otherwise we enjoyed our trip immensely. And loved having a pool to cool off in! Would come back again.

My Parents 40th Wedding Anniversary!

Thanks so much for checking in! It was WONDERFUL! We loved how close it was to the beach and we got ice cream every night across the street. The anniversary celebration was amazing! We were concerned about the neighbors but we never heard them. We are looking at booking next year with even more family as the neighbors. Would be so fun! Great place! We enjoyed it so much! Everything was wonderful as always! You all are always very accommodating and informative on getting us any information we need. We really do enjoy staying at your houses. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect. No complaints here! And thank you for the cheesecake. It was delicious. Incredible home for several families

We loved this house so much for our beach stay over July 4th! The location can't be beat (two miles from the gulf shores T). The house is right on the beach, and we easily walked out and set up our tent and chairs every day. The house is located on a slice of the best beaches you can get anywhere (imho). But what we loved the most about the house is that it had so many king beds, and each room has their own bathroom(!). It was amazing. There's also a cute basic market, ice cream shop, and restaurant literally right across the road. We basically didn't leave this magical house during the week. We'll be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Wonderful Family Vacation. Just about everything was really good. The only big drawback was that we had to wait 3 hours past our check in time to have the house cleaned. To be fair , we were warned via email that there may be a delay in checking in. One advantage this property has compared to others is the house is right next to the beach sand dunes. Most properties put the pool between the house and the beach. This property has the pool between the house and the street.

Wonderful

Our trip was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay in your home. Loved being right on the beach. We loved the location so much, including being so close to The Beach House, S & S Seafood & the ice cream shop right across the street. The management company never came back to fix the towel rack but that was my bad for sending them away in the first place. Also, I noticed the mirror in the top floor master is only staying up by leaning against the lights. I looked behind the mirror and noticed that the nail was out of the wall. Thank you!
