About this property

Directly on Beach - Great Getaway! Stunning View From Private Balcony!

  • Frequently watch the dolphins play with your morning coffee or favorite beverage, from your private balcony in #1307 on the penthouse level 1 of Royal Palms. Or, just enjoy beautiful breath taking views of the fall and winter sunrise/sunsets over the Gulf of America. Or gaze at the evening stars above the gulf! Royal Palms is somewhat secluded, adjacent to Gulf State Park, an undeveloped three mile beach. Yet it is still conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are also within a few miles.

    There is the outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool and hot tub, and a steam and dry sauna, as well as a fitness room. A grilling/BBQ area with a picnic table and benches is perfect when you want to eat in. The sparkling white beach is within footsteps of the building, which the private balcony overhangs. There is a wash station on the boardwalk from the beach to clear the sand from you and your belongings.

    The unit has been recently painted and updated with new cabinets, counters and fixtures in the kitchen and both baths. There is new furniture and king size mattress (2026) in the bedroom. It has spacious extra high ceilings (only available in select units on this P-1 level of the building, which is the 2nd floor from the top of the building), King size bedroom with a private bathroom, 2nd bathroom in hall, alcove bunk beds (great for kids! Not for adults; weight and height limits), and a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area (also great for kids). The dining and living area contain a flat screen Smart TV along with Cable, and a flat screen TV is also located in the bedroom. WiFi Internet service, a washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals when you are not in the mood to visit the nearby restaurants are other features.
    It has already created lasting memories for many (see guest comments section). An exciting and/or relaxing vacation getaway!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, it felt like our home away from home.The balcony was hands-down our favorite spot. We spent hours out there every day watching the waves roll in, looking for dolphins and stingrays, drinking our morning coffee, and just soaking in the beautiful Gulf views. Some of my favorite vacation memories were made sitting right out there listening to the ocean.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect too—close enough to restaurants, shopping, and fun things to do, but still peaceful when we wanted to relax.We came to get away from work, walk the beach, hunt for shells, and spend time together as a family, and this condo gave us the perfect place to do exactly that. Honestly, leaving this morning was the hardest part of the trip!Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We made memories we’ll be talking about for years!

We really loved the view from the balcony. Really comfortable set up on balcony with table & chairs and lounger. The property was just a short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded at all. And we got to see dolphins pass by almost every day. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It was a really nice vaycay.

Solid condo. Great beach access. Great view. Beach support company good. Location in the middle of gulf shores shopping. Close to golf courses for me. Not a complaint but just FYI- —The front door sticks. To force it requires slamming it a bit and we feared that to be potentially noisy and bothersome for our neighbors. Solid condo experience for us.

Wonderful 4th of July Vacation!!

Property was clean, and exactly as described. We had such a wonderful trip! Location was directly by the state Pier, which unfortunately was not open yet, but also the location was central to anywhere you needed to go. I wish we could have stayed longer!! The 4th of July fireworks were shot off the pier, so we had front row seats as this condo is 2nd floor from the top, so it was spectacular display and we never had to leave the balcony. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the TV in the bedroom to one like the one in living room, so that we could log in to apps like Netflix and such. We could never figure out how that TV works in the bedroom, and we usually sleep with the TV going. Other than that, overall a great time and we had everything we needed for our stay.

We love this condominium. We’ve stayed quite a few times. We usually stay in the pent house so this room was definitely a different and much more budget friendly experience. Pool is always clean and nice and usually not too crowded as well as the beach not being too crowded due to it being the last condominium on the strip! Beach and pier view were amazing per usual! Love the fact that it’s walking distance to the pier, the hangout and many other shops in the area! We will definitely be booking with this host again for our trip next summer!
