    Sometimes, nothing but beachfront will do. And if that's the case, Lighthouse 1402 is for you! This 14th-floor condo offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony, where you can relax in a comfortable captain's chair with a cool, refreshing beverage in hand.



    The inviting living room opens up to the deck, so you won't miss the view even when you're inside. There's a full kitchen to assist at mealtime, as well as convenient counter seating. The primary bedroom has balcony access, so you'll be able to admire the view from bed if you so choose. The private en suite bathroom has a double vanity, a garden tub, and a separate shower. A bunk room and a laundry room complete the floor plan of this family-friendly condo.



    Spend your days relaxing on the beach and enjoying the included amenities on-site. Our family stayed here for a local baseball tournament in the area and it was perfect! The room was clean. There was plenty of space and it worked out great!!

A lot of issues with this room. First the balcony isn’t covered which makes it pretty useless. The beds are terrible, the bunk beds aren’t safe for young kids. The couch is old and dirty. Shower pressure was pitiful, the bath tub had a sealed crack in it. One of the of the master sink has some type of rust in it and the other is very slow to drain. For the positive it is spacious, easy Check in and pools are nice. I would never stay in this particular unit again.
