The condo was beautiful and clean. The rental host was wonderful to work with. The Plantation is a wonderful family place we've been going to for 28 years. If you want to stay at a quite peaceful place this for you. There are nice restaurants within 5 miles.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The pools and covered areas were so nice, and boardwalk to the beach was also nice. Our unit was in need ot some work, and looked a little rundown.

Best place at Gulf Shores Plantation

We loved staying in this condo at the Gulf Shores Plantation. The rooms were very comfortable and adequately stocked with blankets and pillows. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms and a large Roku TV in the living room. The kitchen was able to service our family of 7. They also have a stack of games that we enjoyed as a family. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to the beach!

The property is beautiful. well maintained. Nice gulf view, 2 different out door pools, grills available. One tennis court. The condo was very clean. Things I would like to see changed. TVs were impossible to navigate, not a problem for me but for a disabled family member unable to get to the beach the TV is a MUST. Also no chair that is comfortable for reading. The master bedroom is rather dark & the mattress could be replaced (hollows on each side) There were no beach chairs on the property, would have carried my own if I had realized this. Enjoyed having the Sassy Bass there for lunches, dinnersI would stay at this property again & will recommend it for friends & family. Overall very satisfied with stay. I

2023 Summer vacation

The property was lovely as always. This was our 2nd year on this property. However, we stayed at The Palms this year, where we stayed at The Dunes last year. I didn't realize the difference until we got there. The unit we stayed in needs some TLC. The majority of the outlets in the bedrooms didn't work, light bulbs were out, the curtains were rigged up in the living room where we couldn't slide them open to go out on the balcony, the batteries in the remotes were dead & that's if the remotes matched the TVs, which most of them did not. The sofa bed's mattress should be replaced as it's nothing but springs. The unit was very clean & the property was very well maintained. We won't be staying in the Palms again as the Dunes is a much nicer place & better maintained for sure. Both units were the same owner, so I assumed the units would be maintained in similar fashion, but they were not. The outdoor pools were warm in temperature, but it was very hot outside, so that was understandable. Regardless, I will still return, just not with the same building.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation of 4 adults and 2 kids. We were all able to be together, but have our own space at night. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast, swimming in the pools, and spending days on the beach. Everything you could need while on vacation was in this very clean condo!

This is a great condo with great furnishings and loved the resort amenities. Owner was very easy to work with and contact. Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the ocean view. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is it was so sparsely stocked. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper, salt pepper, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc.
