Beautiful One Bedroom Condo on the 8th Floor with Breathtaking Views of the Gulf

  • Disclaimer: Phoenix V South Wall Project: September 2026 - May 2027 - This project will involve the replacement of all Sliding glass balcony doors and windows as well as restoration of the Bldg. encasement (coating) and painting outside walls. Construction noise may be heard during normal work hours and swing stages may be present. The ground level pool and splash pad will have areas temporarily closed during winter months,
    and protective overhead systems installed, to provide safety for owners and visitors.

    Phoenix 5 Unit #807....This beautifully decorated 1BR/1BA beachfront condo has beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and is perfect for a romantic get-away or for a small family vacation. And you'll love the balcony that is equipped with a patio table, 4 chairs, and a chaise lounge chair. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

    There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. And there is a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.

    If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. And the stainless appliances are new! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

    A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided) and we have a new walk-in shower in the bathroom! A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.
