  • Phoenix 6 Unit #1404...Create lasting memories in our beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA Beachfront Condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a 2 high boy adirondack chairs and polywood patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

    Do you plan to watch the big game or your favorite movies while on vacation? If so, we have a 46" flat screen television in the living room for your viewing pleasure! If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We even provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! And, as an added feature, we have a wine fridge and wet bar for your use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

    A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom and a television for your enjoyment (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

    A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

Came to the beach for a baseball tournament. Enjoyed the property and the cleanliness of it. Our boys joined us after the tournament was over. They had their own room with 2 beds, which was great. Loved the balcony as I was able to work from there and hear the ocean. Loves the private, covered parking space as well! Out of all the places we have stayed previously, this is one place we all 4 agreed was our favorite.

The condo itself is clean and nicely appointed with amenities. Beach access is easy and convenient. Check-in process was straightforward. Communication with the owner was proactive, complete and also very straightforward. It was just a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall. We would definitely use this condo again in the future.

Wonderful condo and location in OB!

Our family loved this condo and location in Orange Beach! The check in process was easy; it was very nice to have covered parking and a designated parking spot; we loved having the 2 rooms and bathrooms separated in the condo by the kitchen and living area; and the balcony was a favorite place of ours! We spent a lot of time out there! During the week it’s a lot quieter than the weekend of course. Lots of fun things to do in the area with kids; great restaurants; and the beach was wonderful! We used Ike’s Beach Service each day and that was super convenient. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and it was nice having an indoor pool area when it rained or got super hot. We would definitely book here again!

The only thing we would liked better is if the kitchen had been a little better supplied. They need scissors and a much better wine bottle opener. We also ran out of toilet paper, however, we were able to snag an extra roll off of a maid’s cart. The place was very clean, there were plenty of bath towels (definitely bring your own beach towels!), and several soft blankets to curl up with. The lady that I dealt with at Keller Williams (the realty company you deal with rather than the homeowner) was VERY friendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful view, nice pools, plenty of elevators, nice to have an underground parking spot. I didn’t give this condo an excellent rating because it doesn’t deserve a 9.8 cleanliness rating. The area rug and furniture are stained and dirty. There were hairs and men shaving hairs at both sinks/countertops in the master bathroom. The shower was dirty with hair and mold, crumbs on the kitchen table, dusty ice bucket and shelves.
