Welcome to On Golden Pond 1A, an inviting duplex home in a quiet, cul-de-sac community of delightful pastel-colored houses. Here on Little Lagoon, you'll also have access to a community pool and boat dock.
The open living area has plentiful comfortable seating, large windows, and a kitchen that's well-equipped for preparing easy meals. Recent updates include new hardwood flooring in the stairwell.
