Bristol 1505-Awesome Views-Oceanfront-Amazing views !

FIVE STAR NUMBER ONE RATED GULF SHORES RESORT. Family friendly, this is a wonderful location for your vacation. This lovely two-bedroom, two and one half bath is located on the Club Level, exquisitely decorated and lovely accommodations with fantastic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. All of the bathrooms have been updated. Step out onto the balcony from your master
bedroom suite to watch the sun rise over the Gulf. A king-size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second room along with a sleeper sofa in the main area complement this property. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and shower with the master including a toilet with door. All of the flooring is LVP or tile providing the highest level of cleanliness.
A fully furnished kitchen with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and all the usual appliances accent the unit. The kitchen was updated in 2024 with all new appliances, granite and cabinets were refaced. The laundry room is immediately off the kitchen. This unit is located close to the elevators on the 15th floor making getting to the Condo easy and the views fantastic!

Five pools and hot tubs are available on property plus two restaurants and many other amenities. There is a fine dining restaurant and lounge with indoor and outdoor seating available. There are two gift shops and the Village Market on property where you can purchase food, drinks, beer and wine, and other sundries along with casual dining. For a snack or frozen drink by the pool, try the Tiki Bar. In addition, there is a soda fountain and delicious ice cream parlor located at the Village Mercantile.

There are regular activities for all ages on property as well as world renowned golf located immediately near by to include Kiva Dunes, The Peninsula, and Craft Farms to name only a few.

The racquet club offers challenging competition for the tennis enthusiast. Tennis Round Robins and organized tourneys are regularly scheduled.

We are members at the Club and pay a monthly fee that allows our guests to join on a daily basis for a fee payable at the Club.
The BC has announced that effective June 1st, 2023 there will be a $40 vehicle registration fee, per vehicle, per stay.
It is truly My Beach and it can be your's too!

Great condo!

We had a great time at The Beach Club! The condo had everything we needed. The pools and beach access were so close to the Bristol tower. For traveling with a little one, it was a breeze! We enjoyed the convenient restaurants on site. Fiona made a wonderful recommendation for dinner nearby too!

Perfect in every way!

The property was clean and just as described. The owner contacted us that afternoon after check in to see that we arrived safely and to check if we needed anything. Will will definitely be renting from Fiona next year!

Fiona was easy to contact and responded quickly. She was kind and her listing is informative. The code was in my inbox well before my trip to enter the condo. The condo is wonderful!! Beds are comfy, co so is clean and nicely decorated. I stay at the Beach Club every year and this condo has been my favorite the little things matter such as plenty of extra blankets, plenty of towels including beach towels, pillows, hangers etc. the little things often forgotten about! Plenty of cookware and dishes. The washer/dryer seem new and worked great showed seem newly renovated and were perfect! I would definitely (and probably will) book again!! Highly recommend.

Great Experience

The condo is everything the description says it is. Great ocean view, great location, great accommodations and great hostess. This was, without a doubt, the best supplied condo I have ever seen. From the kitchen to the beach chairs and towels. Very relaxing and the owners were so easy to work and communicate with. We greatly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!

Perfect!

Condo was exceptionally clean. It was exactly as pictured with lots of “get you started for your stay” items available. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need for cooking and eating. The view is amazing. The pool is wonderful and nothing ever seemed extra crowded during our stay. The owner checked in on us at the beginning of our stay to make sure we had all we needed - so thoughtful. Loved this VRBO and would recommend.

The experience was awesome. It was peaceful and fairly quiet. Awesome views the room was really nice. Just not as clean as I thought it would be. The master bathroom was dusty and long black hair on the floors and the corners. Master bedroom headboard dusty. I would definitely stay there again. It truly was a great place.

Great Condo, Amazing Ocean View!

Nice condo with amazing ocean views. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The deck had nice Polywood brand dining chairs around the table. Easy access to elevators. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and utensils we needed for breakfast and lunch. If you like a griddle for making pancakes or a large breakfast I would recommend bringing one with you. Nice full size Samsung washer and dryer. The beds are firm, but we do not mind that. Plenty of towels for everyone throughout the stay. I would recommend this condo for a couple or a family with two children. We did not utilize the sofa bed, so I cannot comment on its comfort.

Great view from the balcony. Relaxing with a nice cup of coffee. Short walk to the beach. Nice big pools.Only knock we had was some construction at the facility. Other than that it was a wonderful space and location. Highly recommended.

It was beautiful! The kitchen accommodations were awesome. The shower was a little rough on the feet and the guest beds were a little harder than expected but overall, the condo was perfect. The views were amazing. We had a great time! This was our first trip to Alabama and it did not disappoint. Beautiful resort and condo!
