You will love your time at our updated, family friendly condo in a quiet, well maintained setting. Prime location on the BEACH SIDE of the boulevard in downtown Gulf Shores with walking distance to plenty of area attractions including restaurants and shopping. Incredibly short walk to The Hangout, Flip Flop Deli Shop, Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe, Pink Pony, Pier 33 (groceries), and souvenir shops.

Check-in with KEY-LESS entry! Only one flight of stairs and you are right at your front door overlooking a spacious pool area with grills and tables available. The pool area is nicely secluded providing convenient family fun and a little more shield on those windy days! Our balcony overlooks the boulevard which makes for the BEST people watching and fun times!

We strive to make our condo extremely versatile. It is family friendly, but it is also great for friends traveling together. What a location! It is well stocked so that you can come and enjoy your time and hopefully have everything you need at your fingertips. Sometimes, as with any vacation, things can arise that are out of everyone's control, and if that does happen, we are just a text/phone call away and ready to handle any issue. We want your trip to be hassle free! We work hard to make your trip the best it can possibly be!

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a new 39" Smart TV. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and a new sofa which has a full size pull out bed and twin mattress roll out cot.

The condo hosts full bath and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking a breeze. Step out the kitchen door onto your private balcony and enjoy a beverage while you people watch on Beach Boulevard.

Packing made easy:
~ We have a community sharing drawer where you will find aluminum foil, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, and more. There is also a cabinet with basic spices which also includes sugar, coffee, non-stick cooking spray, etc. For the benefit of all, please don't deplete and feel free to add to the assortment.

-We provide all the dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils and appliances such as a coffee maker (drip and Keurig), crock pot, blender, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes, and pretty much anything you will need to cook full meals.

~ You will arrive to an initial set up of paper products/tissues, soaps, laundry supplies, and trash bags. Be sure to pack more for the rest of your stay.

-For children, we have a pack n play in the front closet and a children’s high chair. Please do not take to the beach.

The complex has good lighting all hours of the night, a security/parking guard, and the unit has a doorbell camera. The pool is serviced professionally but is not heated.

Parking passes are $30 per car and must be paid for on arrival on site.

A new laundry closet has just been added and is a great addition to the unit!

Spent a week in this lovely condo. Nicely decorated with all the cooking utensils you could possibly want or need. Great location at the beach and a short walk to Bahama Bob's, Hangout, and souvenir shops. The owner is very responsive and condo has a great view of the pool.

The condo was very nice, clean, and had lots of extras. The host were outstanding with directions and very clear! Would definitely recommend staying here. Only a walk across parking lot to get to beach.

Great experience

We were looking for a place on the beach and couldn't have gotten a better place for the price. Great location. Just a short walk to the main drag of entertainment and restaurants all around. The host was the best. We arrived early and was able to use the beach access till we could check in. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was very clean, stocked with all kitchen essentials and even little extras like bandaids and aloe. Will definitely book with this host again.

Great Place

The listing was accurate and exactly as shown. The condo was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is right on the beach and convenient to a number of restaurants and attractions. Check-in/ check-out was very easy and we would definitely stay here again.

fun time in Gulf shores

We had a fabulous time! wonderful accommodations. We felt right at home as soon as we unpacked! great location, so many things within walking distance and the beach was great. Dyan contacted us a few times to check in. very attentive owners! when we plan our next Gulf Shores trip we would definitely stay here again!! we had so much fun! Amazing stay

This unit had everything we needed for our stay and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the clean pool. The host messaged to check in on us to see if we needed anything which was very nice. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great family vacay!

We really enjoyed our time here. We were close to the beach, walking distance to a lot of great different places, and the condo was perfect for us. It was clean and the check in process was easy. Family Vacay 2023

This was honestly the best week of our lives. Our first vacation together and this place was perfect. Dyan was exceptional when replying to messages, helpful on things to do and places to go, and the condo was so nice and the perfect location for everything. Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The host contacted us to make sure every thing was going okay, which was very nice. We loved the location of the condo. We had a nice short walk to many restaurants. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we plan to come back again. Meeting of the Minds Escape

My husband and I stayed here for our first Meeting of the Minds event.(National parrothead music festival) It was perfect for our needs.I was so impressed with all of the personal touches the owner provided.Soap,coozies,mints, and even bandaids..how thoughtful!I was also impressed with the communication provided making sure all went well.The biggest problem was that we didn't have as much time to spend there as we were busy with the festival..would have enjoyed spending time at the pool.Everything was great and highly recommend. May even return next year!! Awesome stay!

Winter Golf Trip

Great condo - very clean with a comfortable bed and well stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. Dyan responded quickly to questions and handled a problem with a tv in one day. (Even more impressive since the solution involved getting the cable company out.) Dyan and Steve are great hosts and I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great vacation!

This condo is too cute! It was perfect for my little family to stay! It was extremely clean! And felt like a home away from home. Renters checked in with us on check in day to let us know it was ready early. They made sure we had zero issues checking in. And was very quick to respond anytime I had a message. The condo is Right in the middle of everything. Most places are within walking distance. The condo is right on the beach! They were lots to choose from. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Lots of kid friendly activities!

Nice close to beach n boardwalk

Very convenient to beach shopping n entertainment. Host was very helpful n nice before n while stay. After was very rude , hateful n even lightly shoved a friend of mine that was helping us depart. Tellin her she was done n to leave. Says we left extremely dirty , and didn’t not follow end of stay guidelines when we did. My fiancé even went back to follow up on things. Which yes trash needed to be taken . Host complained that hand prints were on wall. Etc. When having a 2 year old it practically impossible to not have small handprints on walls , windows etc. As far as food etc . There was no food on walls or condo was not left dirty . It was lived in for a week. I personally cleaned everyday n vacuumed so I knw it was not left extremely dirty. As dishes were loaded in started in dishwasher. As for when booking you have to pay a cleaning fee. Over a 100 dollars. Which then after checkin out she tried to charge another 100. Over 200 dollars for cleaning when all was maybe a 100. Nothing broke destroyed etc. when you have two children one under the age of 2 as well as being at the beach daily involving sand n water things are not gonna be in perfect. I myself have n run a housekeeping business with 4.8 out of 5 . I would not leave a nice n clean places that I rented for a little under a week dirty. As well as did things that weren’t required. Over all if things weren’t bad at the end it would of been a wonderful time. I would recommend this to others but would definitely make sure everything is above n beyond then we arrived.
