Perfect vacation spot! Waterfront property - located on a canal leading to Little Lagoon. In the heart of Gulf Shores - 3 blocks to Gulf Shores main public beach and The Hangout. Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba, and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit A. See listing #1876993 for side B.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

The property is in an amazing location. Very easy to walk to resturants and the beach! The home is older but was clean.

Only 3 blocks to the beach! GREAT - location, yard, neighborhood, parking, water pressure and very spacious. A starter supply of one roll of TP, paper towels, 2 packets of dishwasher det. and one garbage bag was all that was supplied. Suggest brining or buying anything additional needed including liquid dish soap.

Nice location in gulf shores. Was able to shops and beach.. only complaints were walls are thin so any noise was heard.

We enjoyed our stay. House met all of our needs. Kids loved the back screened in deck. Super close to all the down town shops and public beach areas. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because I had to mop when we arrived. We will definitely consider staying again.

Had a great stay. The property was great, fishing out of the back door, walking distance to shopping and the Hangout. My grand daughters loved it. The house is well equipped with every thing we needed. Definitely recommend this property.

My favorite was the little lagoon behind the property and the screened in porch. We had so much fun. It was a nice place to relax. Location was great as it was close to everything. We would stay again.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and most important the beach! Condo had all of the amenities needed and made for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this to other friends and family who visit Gulf shores! Owner was accommodating and very responsive. Thank you for the hospitality!

We loved staying at the duplex. It was a big place and the living room and kitchen wide open for my family. Will definitely stay here again. So close to walk to restaurants and the shrimpfest. My grandkids loved fishing in the canal and we watched the herons fly in every morning from the back enclosed deck. There was also ducks that we fed. Loved the place!

It was an amazing time. The only downside is no easy access to the beach without going around the canal but only a 3-5 min drive to the public beach. The place was cozy and AC worked awesome to help cool us down!
