  • Captain's Quarters offers an unbeatable location for families visiting Kiva Dunes and the Alabama Gulf Coast. You can exit the front door directly to the West Beach walkover or walk out the back door and enjoy the sun by the Blue Heron pool. Enjoy the top balcony with an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and the practicing Blue Angels. The other balconies offering views of the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, voted one of the best courses in the South. Enjoy your vacation! It's a simple walk or shuttle ride to the new Beach Club with beachfront food and beverage service and zero depth walk-in saltwater pool.

    Incredible Golf, Sugar-white Beaches, Kiva Beach Club with pampering service, and nearby World-class year-round fishing. Close to all the excitement and shopping of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, but far from the crowds. Stay with us and enjoy vacationing here.

The house was great plenty of space but not an actual 4 bedroom, only had 3 bedrooms and a Murphy bed in a small area but not place for clothes. The location is great, directly across from one of the pools and really close to beach access.
