NEW RENTAL - This one-story open floor plan three bedroom, 3 bath beach house offers over 2,000 square feet of living space and screened-in back porch located.

You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating. The home is directly across from the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub and a short golf cart ride to the beach and outdoor pool. Dining room table with 6 chairs with an additional breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs.

The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas. 12 cup Kurig, toaster oven, additional seating at bar with 2 bar stools.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in Martinique many times but never in this home. It is now our favorite! Great floor plan, perfect location, immaculate home and beautifully decorated. The only thing missing was salt and pepper!
