    Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach V.' Our condo is located in the newly remodeled Beachview Condominium complex right across the street from the popular Hang Out! We are within walking distance to MANY main attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores! It is the perfect romantic retreat for 2, as well as a family vacation with up to 2 small children, with the futon and bedding we have provided. Our condo is located on the 2nd floor, (1st floor being the covered parking underneath). We have taken great pride in updating the interior, and to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you.

    Our cozy Studio vacation home is freshly painted, and has a comfortable queen size bed, with a pillowtop mattress for a restful night's sleep. Also in the room is a comfortable memory foam sofa/futon, with all the sheets and linens provided for both beds, making sleeping accommodations for up to 3 adults, or a small family (2 adults, 2 small children). There is a dresser with an abundance of space for your clothing, and a hanging rack also provided. A 32'' HDTV with cable TV is there for your convenience as well. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, and stocked with an abundance of towels for your use. Our kitchen is very vibrant and equipped with a single cup coffee maker with a reuseable grinds basket and a k cup adapter, toaster oven, single electric hot plate, and the convenience of everything you need, to prepare a meal, if you desire. HOWEVER, with so many restaurants within walking distance, you can enjoy a "cook free" true vacation!

    Additionally, our vacation condo provides FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels (please bring your own as our towels must remain in the unit). There is limited covered parking, with an additional lot in the rear, 1 elevator, as well as 2 stairwells in the front and rear of the building.

    THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT & BUILDING! NO PETS ALLOWED!

    We are certain your stay at Condeaux on the Beach V will make memories to last a lifetime!

Love the location, room was clean, price was excellent. The only negative thing I could say is the hallway you walk down to get to rooms was dated and had a very harsh musty smell.

The condo was exactly as depicted on the site and decorated super cute. Check in was super easy and completely done by the VRBO app. Instructions on rules, parking and check out were clear, concise and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. The beach, the Hangout and souvenir shopping was all with in walking distance as well as several other eating establishments.

It was the perfect location for a softball tournament in Gulf Shores. Across the street from the public beach & walking distance to numerous restaurants. Condo was the perfect size for a couple. The building is older but the unit itself was in good condition & reasonably priced.

Great Location

The condo looks better than the pictures. It was very convenient, and quiet. I will say the comforter on the bed is very thin so if someone is using the futon then bring another blanket. The curtains are sheer-a swap to blackout would make a more enjoyable sleep.Also please consider providing ice cube trays or adding that to the suggested list of things for people to bring. Not a huge deal but just a couple of suggestions.We would absolutely stay here again.

Cheerful and convenient

As others have said, you just can’t beat the location! The unit itself is clean, cozy and convenient and the host was great! I do think it would be a bit tight for 3, but it was good for the 2 of us. The building could use a little maintenance, especially the entry doors that are desperately in need of cleaning but I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

My wife and I loved this unit.It is within walking distance to the beach , restaurants , shopping and entertainment. The room is well arranged and the bed is very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay ,but sadly had to leave after 3 days of the seven days reserved due to the passing of my wife’s sister. Carrie and Spenser were wonderful hosts and were very responsive to our questions. I would book this unit again . It is in a wonderful location.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for the NCAA Beach Championships. We were across the street from The Hangout, which is where the tournament was held. It is a studio and the bed was comfortable. It was not fancy but was nice and all we needed.

Great little place

Description of property is to a tee. Walk pretty much anywhere. Check in was easy. Communicating with host was fabulous. Very fast response time. Cute little place. Bed was comfortable. Hangout is literally right across the street. Shrimpy's grill and golf was behind property. That seemed to be our hangout. I would just recommend telling the house keeper to dust the walls. Other than that very clean. Stairs going up could use a sweeping as well. But condo was great.

Great location. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. Great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed. We were in town for the Shrimp Festival - perfect location for that! We were able to go back to room whenever we wanted and then go back to the festival. We had a great time! Thank you. The only thing we didn't like was checking out at 10 am - this is a little early for us. We always ask for a late checkout. Overall, it was very enjoyable!

Rules say no trucks or SUVs under cover. There were 3 trucks and 2 SUV's. I am handicapped and we parked outback. We obeyed the rules. Other than that the price , location and comfort were GREAT! Nice and quiet after school goes back for summet

Simply Small & Completely Convenient

We enjoyed our work related stay. It is so convenient to the beach, as well as to restaurants and other amenities. Our host helped me at the last minute via a telephone call and I was so very grateful for that personal communication & service from her! If you don't need a full kitchen or a lot of space, this could be the perfect spot for you & a friend! It worked out well for us. There is a microwave, a single serve coffee maker & a little fridge in the kitchen. If you "luck up" you can park your smallish car under the building. It was not a problem for us regarding parking as there is side street parking and a back lot if the others are full. Make sure, however, to print off your parking pass before hitting the road.

Cockroach

The place looked cute when we got there, I noticed little things here and there that were not clean. I’m not one to complain, so I thought I’d just mention to the owner her cleaning staff is not doing so good. The beds were not good, we had to take the bed topper off our bed because it was so uncomfortable and the pull out was worse. We put the topper on the pullout and it was a world of difference. The communication was great with the owner in regards to the beds. However, on checkout date I was unplugging the cell phone cords and I jumped out of my freaking skin!! There was a giant cockroach!!!! I am worried sick that I will bring cockroaches home in my luggage. I will be unpacking everything in my garage. I reached out to the owner with my concerns and pictures, but I have not heard anything back from her. I honestly would never stay there again.

This condo is perfect for 2! We loved our little beach getaway for our anniversary. It is located in the perfect area, within just a few minutes walk to The Hangout, the beach and tons of restaurants and shops. Mikee’s Seafood (delicious by the way) is literally right behind the condo and we enjoyed mini golf and cheap drinks at Shrimpy’s Grill & Golf. Thanks Carrie for being such a great host!
