The stay was absolutely amazing, beautiful place and friendly people. The first room was under renovation but the property host was able to upgrade our room free of charge. 10 out of 10 will stay again.

The room was clean and was as expected through the photos. I have stayed in several of the rooms at this place over the years and have never had an issue until this one. It was booked through vacasa on VRBO instead of through an individual. We were not able to get into this Condo until nearly an hour after check in time. Trying to get a hold of anyone was atrocious and very inconvenient with 2 small children waiting to get inside. We then did not have hot water for 3/5 days of our stay. Once again trying to get in contact with anyone was also atrocious. We did manage to stay in contact with one person from the company via text that was helpful to an extent. On our final evening the door code quit working, and we had to wait 2 hours to get a new door code in order to properly lock/unlock the condo.
