Named in memory of our beloved dog Sophia, this beautifully renovated one-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests + your furry friends and is just steps from the beach - with ocean views right from your windows.

Our light, bright, and airy space features two queen beds (one foam, one pillow-top) and a queen sleeper sofa - perfect for families or small groups. The fully stocked kitchen makes home-cooked meals a breeze, and we’re just a short walk from top local spots like Bahama Bob’s and High Tide. You’ll also enjoy modern amenities including fast WiFi, smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom and parking for two vehicles. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like free parking, laundry facilities in a common area, a refreshing swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. We also have four of everyone's favorite beach chairs for you to use while you're here! The condo is thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming and functional space for your family vacation.

Sophia by the Sea is part of a quiet, low-density complex with fewer than 40 units. Guests can relax in the large pool or soak in the hot tub after a day at the beach, which is easily accessible via the nearby crosswalk at the traffic light. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.

You'll have access to the entire condo, including the bedroom with two queen beds and the living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the stunning ocean views from your spacious balcony or kitchen windows. The condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils you could need - perfect for preparing family meals. You can also enjoy shared amenities such as the swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill. The property also offers free parking. Laundry facilities are available in a common area. There are exterior security cameras near unit and the pool.
