This Gulf-front 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to 8 people, offering breathtaking ocean views right from the 15th-floor balcony. Located in the Seawind building in Gulf Shores, you’ll have access to a variety of fantastic amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, splash pad, sauna, fitness center, and a BBQ area. The building is also equipped with covered parking for easy access, and a boardwalk leads you directly to the beach for days of sun and sand.
The condo itself is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a stress-free stay. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-size stainless steel appliances, a coffee pot for single-serve and full pots, plus a breakfast bar for 3 and a dining table for 4. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-unit laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and private access to the balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and its own TV. The living room offers a comfortable pullout sofa and another TV, plus access to the balcony.
The building’s prime location puts you within walking distance of top restaurants and less than a mile from the Hangout. Gulf Shores State Park is just a short drive away, where you can enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and renting paddle boats or kayaks. Plus, there’s mini-golf, go-karts, and plenty of other attractions nearby.
