• Parking: 1 pass included with reservation; 1 additional pass can be purchased upon request
• Contactless Check-In: You will receive a door code and check-in instructions 3 days before arrival as long as all required information is provided.

*** Cancellation Policy*** In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.

* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.

* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.

* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

Great space at a great price!

Excellent beach access and in walking distance from everything needed for a much feserved getaway! Bery clean and well furnished. Check in and out was very straightforward and convenient!

Fabulous stay at the ocean!

My wife and I loved staying at Jubilee By the Sea! The place was very clean and the view was spectacular. We even enjoyed watching some dolphins swim by in the am. Easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

A relaxing and clean place to stay!

The condo was very nice and is conveniently located near everything you would need. The general store across the street is very close walking distance and has all of your basic needs. Getting to the beach is super easy and the reserved parking spot is such a plus! I highly recommend this rental.

The Condo was just as pictured. Very cute and beachy! The kitchen had everything you might need and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beautiful beach and great views from the balcony! Enjoyed our stay!

Our favorite destination

We absolutely loved staying here. This is our second year using Terry’s Vacation. The condo was clean and spacious. The beach is very family-oriented, which is exactly what we were looking for with young children. I highly recommend Jubilee by the Sea. The kitchen was well stocked, and the view was amazing.

Wonderful Gulf Shores condo!!

We had a wonderful time. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. You couldn’t ask for a better view. Not having to hike down a long boardwalk to the beach was fantastic!! We will definitely contact them again on our next vacation back to Gulf Shores.

Great getaway and service

Second stay in Gulf Shores. Great property and location. The host was very responsive when we advised that the hot tub was not working and it was remedied quickly. The pool is not swim through during the “off season” but not a big deal. We would stay again, very satisfied!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

We had an amazing long weekend at the beach! We were very impressed with the condo. It was beautifully decorated, had a huge balcony, and an amazing view! "Jubilee By The Sea" was by far the nicest condo we've stayed at, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful girls' trip to Gulf Shores

This was my second time staying at "Jubilee by the Sea", and once again, it did not disappoint! The condo is beautifully decorated, and has everything you could want or need for your stay. The balcony is big, with plenty of seating options. That is where I enjoyed my cup of coffee, watching the beautiful sunrises and the dolphins every morning. 😊 I highly recommend staying here. I know I will be the next time I come to Gulf Shores.

The perfect stay

The condo was just like the pictures posted! Clean and smelled great. Beautiful inside and out. The view of the beach was AMAZING! Plenty of space and lots of dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen to use. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we come back for our family vacation! PS- we seen dolphins all throughout the day from our balcony and while we were on the beach!

Very Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful visit. The check in and out process was very simple as well as any communications with the owners. The room was exactly what we were looking for with two full size bathrooms. This was our first stay with a reserved parking spot and even though someone kept trying to park there (they didn’t understand the numbers on the ground I guess??) Terry took prompt action. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect

We loved our stay at the Jubilee by the Sea. Having coffee on the balcony enjoying the waves crashing along the shore was amazing. Plus, you throw in a short walk to the pool, hottub and beach and it was worth it all. We didn’t take in any of the tourists' localities because that wasn't our goal. We wanted a peaceful and quiet vacation and it was perfect. We will definitely be back.
