Direct views Gulf Park Cottages at Dunes Park #F

Cottages at Dunes Park is located directly by the Gulf State Park. It is the most eastern property in Gulf Shores and nothing will be built to block the view east and south. Our unit is located directly by the pool and is as far from the road as you can be. There is access to the beach ~.1 miles to the west of the property. It is about a quarter mile from the house to the beach.

This newly constructed beach house has many upgrades you won't find in other properties. We have a gas range, tankless water heater, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, upgraded cabinets, lighting, appliances, and fixtures.

It features 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. We have beds to sleep 18 people and with 4 full baths. There is also a tankless water heater to ensure there is plenty of hot water when its time to wash the salt off and head out for the evening.

In addition to the the large porch with views of the park and beach there is a Komamdo grill downstairs for those evening cookouts.

We are also pet friendly for dogs. The pet fee for 1 is $105, 2 is $175 and 3 is $205. No cats allowed. When booking please let us know the breed, size and number of dogs. We can update your quote if need be after booking. Sorry, but the beaches are not pet friendly, but you will see many dogs walking on Beach Blvd and there is a dog park on Lake Shelby less than 1/2 mile away.

We do have security cameras in the parking area under the home. This is for your security and to verify who is at the property. We do limit the number of guests at the property and require the main renter to be present at check in.



We have 5 other direct Gulf Front Condos about 2.5 miles west of this home if you need additional accommodations.
