This Beautiful exclusive 7th floor condo has the most breath taking views of the Gulf of America in all of the Fort Morgan area, or as the locals call it “The Island.”

This condo offers wireless internet and large screen smart TVs, to watch your favorite ball games or movies while you relax after a busy day spent on the white sandy beaches exploring the Historic Fort Morgan area and nature preserve. After you have settled in and relaxed you will need to take advantage of the areas local attractions.

There are two championship golf courses one 18 hole course and a 27 hole course within a fifteen minute drive that will test any golfers skill level from beginner to professional. There are also biking and walking lanes/trails for the outdoor enthusiast, or you can just walk down the street to the local Marina which offers daily fishing charters, jet ski and kayak rentals and enjoy a relaxed meal at the restaurant and watch the sunset!

Also don’t forget to take the family back into town before you leave and enjoy the many attractions such as the water parks, movie theaters, shopping malls, restaurants, surf shops and anything else that suits your fancy.

This condo has a no pet policy and a no smoking policy. you must be 25 years old to rent this unit.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay walking the beach, and enjoyed the views from the balcony. It is a quiet stretch of the gulf, but close enough to enjoy activities in Gulf Shores. Fort Morgan is worth visiting, it’s just two miles down the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet with a great view

This unit has great views of the Bay from the front door and the ocean off the balcony. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and there is an option to drive if the needed. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice when it rained. We were comfortable in this unit. The host was prompt with responses and helpful. The area is a 20 minute drive from Gulf Shore and just 5 minutes to the Dauphin Island ferry. If you are looking for quiet, clean vacation rental this one is perfect. Thank you!

Beach retreat

I can’t say enough good things about this property! JSK rentals was extremely responsive with all communication. Access to the private beach is wonderful. We absolutely love the location. Ft Morgan is certainly a little more isolated from gulf shores, but we appreciate that, and the 20 minute drive into town isn’t too bad. Amazing view will stay again! Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway

If you’re looking for an away from the hustle, quiet, all about the beach getaway. This is it. The view was amazing, we could hear the ocean from the living room. Be advised houses are going up so we did have construction noise all day. The condo itself is very nice but the bed needs to be replaced. All in all we would stay here again. The facility was very nice and clean, pool area was great. It is a bit of a walk to the beach which was fine for us. Ship traffic was so fun to watch as you can see nearly 360 view as you are so close to the end of Ft Morgan. Dollar Generals, restaurants are near by. You do need a car to get around.

Great Stay

Very nice unit with a great view. Perfect space for us (couple) and our teen who loved his “hallway hideout.” We didn’t realize how far it was from most activity, but that’s on us. Just know it’s a 15 minute drive to the nearest coffee shop and about 25 minutes to town. Not bad if you’re looking for a quiet getaway!

Cute, comfortable, and clean!

We really enjoyed the dunes 705! It was our first time in Fort Morgan but it won’t be our last. The walk to the beach was a little further than expected but my husband also wanted to be further down the beach, away from the crowd, so he could get the most out of his fishing license. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Loved the keurig option. The views were absolutely beautiful. We’ll definitely be back again!

Perfect stay with amazing views

This was exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful condo, very comfortable furnishings, amazing views, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The carpet in the living area and bedroom made it extra comfortable. The beach was incredible. Not too crowded and it was fun to swim with so many fish. We even had a pod of dolphins swim by about 20 feet from us. Communication with the host was excellent as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Wonderful cozy condo with beautiful view!

The condo was spotless! I’m talking baseboards too! Condo is decorated so cute. We had everything we needed for our stay. Towels, linens, blankets. Lots of room on the balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It’s a little walk to the beach, but no big deal. It was only my spouse and I, but a family of 6 would be comfortable with ease. Kids would love the bunk beds. Easy drive to Gulf shores and a couple of Dollar Generals close by. Definitely would come back! Thanks!

We love the fort Morgan area and this property is perfect. Walking distance of the beach- clean pool and hot tub area -beautiful view and excellent communication with owner. The condo was updated and well decorated. It was immaculately clean. Owner responded to any questions immediately. Love the Ft. Morgan area due to it being quiet and slow paced. The only thing I would change is that getting to the beach with the current boardwalk is somewhat difficult for an older person, such as myself. Would definitely recommend a stay here!!

Girls weekend

We spent our annual girls weekend in Ft Morgan because we wanted a quiet, less crowded area and we got just that! Communication was great with the property manager. Room was nice and clean. Thankfully you can drive through the gates of the neighboring property to get closer to the beach. Otherwise, the walk would be too far.
