Enjoy partial lagoon views from the deck. Paved walking trail on W. Lagoon Ave. This home features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room making it perfect for a couple or small family. One full bathroom upstairs and a full bath with a shower in the laundry room downstairs. Updated kitchen equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal. Mini split and window unit heating and cooling. Wi-Fi and smart tv's are available - no satellite or cable. Popular Gulf Shores restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within minutes of this property. Come enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, and fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

It's a keeper!

My wife and I really enjoy staying at this location. It has everything we need. It's quiet. It is an easy walk to the beach(and we are 65+). Simply put, we'll just keep coming back for more!

Nice Little Home

This is our 2nd time staying at the house. We love how close it is to the beach. We also enjoyed walking and running in such a nice area. The Beach House was a great place to eat (it was about a block away). The house was clean and comfortable, and we will probably be back again next year. ❤️

Spring Break

My daughter and I stayed for spring break. The house is in a great location, a short walk to the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. Shonna was quick to respond in getting a maintenance item addressed, which was appreciated. We will definitely return.

The listing said there was a hot. Lie. Not hot tub, which was one of the reasons we rented it. It was clean an quiet. Needs some TLC and it would be a very nice place to stay

Overall our stay was good. The location was an easy 3 minute walk as stated. The kitchen was updated nicely. Great water pressure in the showers. I would Recommend adding sheets and pillows for the pull out couch and outside solar lights on the stairs to the deck and lights over the patio next to the basement. It was very dark out there trying to clean up beach accessories to pack in the vehicle..

Cute! And walking distance to beach, eats and small grocery.

Cute, dog-friendly bungalow in walking distance to a small grocery, fresh seafood, an awesome restaurant/bar, ice cream shop, and the public beach. We brought our dogs who had a ball. Although we did not know that Gulf Shores has a no-dogs-on- beach ordinancy. So, we actally brought them for no reason.

Cute and lovely Stay

This was such a cute and quiet place right by the beach. It had everything- linens, towels, and tons of kitchen utensils, & a washer & Dryer. The house was decorated so nicely with a beautiful coastal beach theme & for the size it was laid out perfectly. The air conditioners worked great too & there were extra chairs, and beach items available as well as some games & a small grill. We could walk to & from the beach in just a few minutes too & had a beach view. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it for very small families or 1-2 people. The host set this house up perfectly & exceeded our expectations.

This is the 2nd year staying at this house and we will probably stay there next year. It is a very comfortable an quiet area close to the beach and the little grocery store. We brought our dog with us and. It was very comfortable. We was there for 10 days and would recommend this house. Thank you and we will see you next year. Cindy

Cute small house

This house is cute and the kitchen has been updated. Kitchen is extremely well stocked! Nice range but no dishwasher. The mattress on the bed is way too soft and quite uncomfortable, needs replaced. Furniture in the living room (coffee table and end table) are rickety and need replaced and the two chairs are old and broken down. You sink way down into them when you sit down. The leather sofa is nice. There’s also a laundry room which is a plus.

Girls trip.

Get location of the property. Beach located across the street. Owner was very quick to address concerns with stains on the bedding. Housekeeper brought new bedding promptly. Home was older but well kept. Noticed a dish not washed in the cabinet, but soap provided for cleaning. Great water pressure in the shower. Would stay here again for a quick beach getaway. If you want a luxury apartment this is not the place, but for a clean place near the beach and good pricing, this is the place.

This place was just no right for us. We had to many problems. The bed was just to soft and caused back problems. Steps just did not work for us . But our host was very accommodating . Like the heating did not keep up with the temperature she got us a heater. If we had any problems she was very willing to fix what was needed
