The staff was extremely friendly at the front desk and the outside bar area! They help make it feel like home and with only being open for two weeks they did a great job picking out the staff! They are amazing! The hotel is also beautiful and only a 2 min walk to the beach. Great Spot!!

Had a fantastic stay at the Embassy Suites Gulf Shores. It’s a brand new hotel with lovely clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful facilities including a gorgeous pool/ bar area and just steps from the beach. The staff in particular went above and beyond, especially Glenisha at the front desk, Sandra at the breakfast bar, our server Johanna and Laura in housekeeping. Their kindness and attentive service went beyond the traditional hotel experience. If we are ever in Gulf Shores again, there’s no where else I would want to stay!

Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the pool, lounging areas and the fire “pit” next to the pool, overlooking the ocean view. Did not like the parking setup. All garage parking is valet, which is $25, per night.

Loved everything about this stay. Friendly staff, beautiful pool, nice beach view! Loved the music! Our room was on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the music area and with the doors shut you could not hear in the room if you wanted to sleep. I can’t wait to come back.

Brand new. We were directly across from the ocean. Can walk to several restaurants. The room and breakfast was outstanding. There was also a complimentary drink and snack each evening

Best Embassy Suites we have ever stayed at. Every member of their staff delivered outstanding customer service. Charles at the front desk, Lauri and Sandra in the restaurant, our female bartender, housekeeping, Mariana at the pool bar, and Tommy who made the perfect omelette - you are all part of the reason for the eating. The pool and view were awesome- we felt like we were in south beach. Thank you so much!

Had a great stay the only negative thing that I can say is that we had to call because they did not change the sheets and then once we got back to our room after the room was clean the floor still was dirty with sand

The staff is wonderful in every way. From the front desk to housekeeping to management. Even the valet crew is wonderful. The breakfast, bikes, s’mores kit, beach chairs and umbrella included makes this place a place I’d highly recommend. The property does not have a designated area for pets to relief is the only thing needs improvements.

The customer service at this location was marvelous. It exceeded my expectations. I traveled with little ones and everyone was very accommodating to my needs. The only complaint I had was about parking. They do have a parking garage but it’s valet only. Which, I’m left to finding a spot in the surrounding areas of the property.

Everything was fantastic except the pills are terrible. Bring your own pillows. They’re real fat until you lay your head on them and then they sink and smother you. It’s that foam inside like you buy at Walmart. They need to upgrade their pillows. Also they don’t tell you till really in fine print you can either park wherever you can find a spot but if you wanna park in the parking garage, it’s valet only $25 a day.

Gorgeous property. Everyone was friendly. Seem to still be working out the kinks of being a new hotel. Never had house keeping come to our room to reset while on our 3 day stay. Had to call front desk to ask for towels which were never delivered and finally tracked down a housekeeper to get towels and take out trash and used towels. Pool is nice and the complimentary drinks. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella, wished chairs would have laid flat.
