Spyglass is a small townhouse complex right on the beach and Spyglass Oceanside (unit 101-A) is 1 of only 2 end units that are actually and literally right on the beach and overlook the gulf - mere steps to the ocean! Park right next to 101-A and walk a few steps to the townhouse or beach.

Spyglass Condominiums is a TRUE low-density, 2-story complex that's right on the beach with beautiful white sand and clear blue water. Park directly next to the condo step and inside Spyglass 101-A with its private keyless entry. No waiting for elevators!

Our beautiful stretch of uncrowded beach is truly unbeatable, and the convenient central location is close to great restaurants and shopping.

This completely renovated one-story unit sleeps six people and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 1/2 bath, 1150 ft.², with parking for two cars directly at the unit. This family-friendly community also has a shaded pool and right under Spyglass 101-A.

The open layout includes a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area that overlooks the beach and ocean The fully stocked kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and a stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the balcony/deck with an unobstructed view of the gulf.

The Master Suite has a roomy private dual-sink bathroom and features a new Sealy Posturepedic King Size Bed and flatscreen TV. The second bedroom includes a comfy Queen Size Bed, cozy bunk beds, and a flatscreen TV.

Absolutely Perfect

Good news…the property was gorgeous, functional, and clean. Bad news…we are ruined for any other beach location going forward - you literally can’t get any closer to that beautiful sand. Communication was excellent and the entire experience was outstanding. We hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Spyglass 101A. Marty was excellent to work with, answered all of my many questions and we had a wonderful week. The property is just as described, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was clean and we would definitely stay again. The views alone are spectacular!

It was clean. Close to everything and good location in the beach. We stayed in an end unit and our deck with beachfront. We had several things there that I didn’t know was there like iron, coffee pot and Keri’s box fans. These where just a few extras that I had brought not k owing they had. We would stay here again

Location was perfect with a great view of the beach. Communication with the owner with our questions was prompt. The grill and hair dryer listed was not available but overall an excellent place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

This was a well equipped property with a beautiful view and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and would think of returning. No hairdryer but we used the washer/dryer and kitchen.

Fantastic Time

Awesome location- very nice interior. Very clean and updated furnishings. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach! Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. We will return and stay longer next time!

My family loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean, updated, and had a perfect view for our morning coffee with a short walk to the beach from our deck. Beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the location/view of the condo, we will book again and have referred our family and friends as well! Host was great to work with!
