  • Beautifully decorated and updated, Non-Smoking condo boasts every amenity for your vacationing pleasure. Breathtaking Gulf-front views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony, and master suite. At night, lay in your king-size bed, enjoy the starlight, and let the surf lull you to sleep. In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins leap from the water and the palm trees sway from your third floor balcony. When you`re ready for the beach, no long hikes are necessary - you can almost feel the seaspray from your balcony! We also have another unit available right next door if you need additional space.

    Convenience is key. This is the best location in Orange Beach. Our 1200 square foot condo is right across the street from three supermarkets, great restaurants, discount stores, upscale shopping. Best location in OBA. Walking distance to 3 grocery stores and lots of restaurants and shops. I only had one minor issue when I arrived and Randall responded immediately and resolved it. I’ve stayed at several Breakers units and you cannot beat the roominess of these condos and the view is outstanding!

We have stayed at the breakers multiple times but 1st time at this specific condo! It was gray and the host was way to get ahold of! Everything very close by, grocery, liquor store across street and restaurants!

The building itself is a little dated (the unit has an actual key!) and the pool is just ok, but the view and location right on the beach more than make up for the lack of curb appeal. The unit is very clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and stocked with plenty of dishes and linen for a wonderful stay. Location was great and the host was very communicative. I would 10/10 stay here again!

This property was beautiful, well equipped and quiet. It is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room in the condo and it’s right on the beautiful beach. The host communicated very clear instructions to us about the property and we appreciated his tips on restaurants to try. The only item i wished was there was a hair dryer, but I never found one. My fault - I should have brought one , but it wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, all was good and it was nicely furnished with all we needed

Hard to beat the location of this condo - beachside and very convenient to the shops and restaurants of Orange Beach. Great views and surprisingly roomy inside. The condo unit and complex are a bit dated, but very acceptable considering the price point.

This property was exactly as advertised!! Condo was clean and really nice. View from balcony and master room where amazing. Such a short walk to the beach and pool, which was amazing. We LOVED IT! You could not ask for a more perfect location, super short walking distance from the beach, sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night, or look out your bedroom window and see it! One of the nicest/cleanest places we have ever stayed by far.
