New Property! Beautiful Duplex. walk to the ocean or Bay

  • This is a five bedroom with bonus room in attic, four full bath Duplex (east side of duplex only) with 2 Primary Suites and a private elevator that stops at ALL 4 Floors. This is the East Half of the duplex and has a direct Gulf View. This has a wonderful floorplan, and it sits high on a dune which provides commanding 180-degree views of the surrounding area. Gated neighborhood. The Gulf of Mexico view is over critical dunes habitat. It's just a short walk to the private beach or bay/marina. There is one VERY large room on the top floor. Marina and restaurant are just across the street. The large private beach. Which is a 5 minutes walk from the house .
