Welcome to Finntastic House, a stunning Gulf-front retreat on West Beach, offering the perfect blend of charm, privacy, and convenience. Located in a quiet, quaint area with an outdoor bar, this home is nestled among a select group of homes where each property individually owns 20 feet of beachfront shoreline. This means you'll enjoy one of the most private and serene beaches in the area, where you’ll feel as if you have the entire beach to yourself.

The property boasts expansive 12-foot ceilings and an open floor plan, creating a spacious atmosphere throughout the home. With a massive kitchen, oversized living area, and multiple dining spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and entertain. The living room features two comfortable chairs, a sectional sofa, and ample seating for gathering.

This 4,000 sq. ft. home offers seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, providing ample space for large families or groups. The main floor features two bedrooms, each with a private bath, making it perfect for guests who prefer not to venture upstairs. The second floor offers five additional bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with a private bath, plus another king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds, making it ideal for kids or extra guests.

Enjoy easy access to nearby shops and restaurants via a bike path right off the driveway, or rent a golf cart for a fun and open-air ride to explore the area. Whether you’re lounging on the private beach or enjoying time together at the house, this Gulf-front oasis offers the perfect setting for your next vacation.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Steps to the beach

The proximity to the water was wonderful. Less than 20 steps to the ocean. There is not much beach area for chairs due to the tide. Overall a great place to stay.

We absolutely love this house and the Fort Morgan area. It’s directly on the sand, has beautiful views, and brings such peace to our time away. This was our 2nd visit and we will definitely be back!!!

We had the best week staying at Surf Song. Amazing to be right on the beach, location was nice and quiet for our families but close enough to restaurants and activities. Townhome had everything we needed and we will definitely we back! Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in!!

Wonderful Place - Watch the waves all day!!!

The location is perfect... just a few steps to the beach! Wonderful pool. The condo has everything you need. It was very clean. Beds were great! Loved that it was the end unit. Fort Morgan is a perfect getaway place. Will definitely stay again!

Couples Getaway “Baecation”

Surf song is just what my husband and I needed. It was a last minute trip and mid July so we didn’t think we would find a place to stay directly on the beach but this place popped up. Way more rooms than we needed but the direct access to the beach was what we LOVED!! The space is also well decorated and clean! We will definitely be back!

Fort Morgan Get Away

Property has beautful views and could not be closer to the beach. Unit is as pictured and has all the comforts of home. This is a dog friendly unit which is great since dogs are allowed on this section of beach. We will book again in the future.

It. Was. Perfect!

First time to Fort Morgan, and it did not disappoint. Surf Song was the perfect place to stay with 2 small kids and our sweet little lab. Easy walk to the beach and two restaurants not far away. First time I’ve ever noticed stars at night at the beach. Less people and no high rises makes for a nice quiet escape! We will be back! Found my new favorite place to stay.

Surf Song has been beautifully renovated since Hurricane Sally. You can’t get any closer to the water than this location. The townhome is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Love being able to stay here with my four legged furry friend.

Great getaway

Location, location!!!! Regular visitor to rental unit, only problem last 3 trips ice maker has not worked. Have 3 trips in future now, i travel with a 25lb and 7lb dog wish they come with me, when traveling with them i have to go to Cape san Blas

Great Place on the Beach

It was very clean and well equiped. Really loved being able to sit on the balcony and overlook the beach. The only thing that needs attention is the entry door is starting to rust and the door knob is very loose can't tighten the screws up. Of course it has a deadbolt lock as well. Other than that we will look forward to coming back and would recommend this unit.

I'm ready to go again !

Property was clean, orderly, and as described. Well equipped kitchen with an abundance of plates and glasses, and plenty of towels and bedding. The management was very responsive, even returning an e-mail at 8:30 at night to answer a question I had about the property. We did not find a single thing that did not work in the property. Our only complaint, and this may be more of a cleaning service issue that a management issue, is that there were only two rolls of toilet paper in the place upon arrival, and no extra can liners for the trash can.

The ocean is a stone's throw away.

The process was smooth and the unit was clean. All appliances and electronics worked as expected. Beach access is easy and quick. The boardwalk has a bag dispenser for picking up after your dog. The storage closet has tons of useful beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The only issue we ran into was that the door was slightly open upon arrival after dark. I had to check the unit before the family entered. Not a major problem just a small mistake from housekeeping I assume. We enjoyed the stay and will strongly consider staying in the future.
