Disclaimer: Phoenix V South Wall Project: September 2026 - May 2027 - This project will involve the replacement of all Sliding glass balcony doors and windows as well as restoration of the Bldg. encasement (coating) and painting outside walls. Construction noise may be heard during normal work hours and swing stages may be present. The ground level pool and splash pad will have areas temporarily closed during winter months, and protective overhead systems installed, to provide safety for owners and visitors.

This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Another great feature is that you can park and walk directly into your condo on the first floor...so convenient!

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two queen sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and flat-screened televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Please Note: This condo is located on the first floor which is the parking lot level. However, there is a floor below us with condos located next to the pool. So, you can't walk directly from our balcony to the pool/beach area since you are actually on the 2nd floor!
