Phoenix 5 Unit #117....This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA beachfront CORNER UNIT has beautiful views from two sides! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Another great feature is that you can park and walk directly into your condo on the first floor...so convenient!

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two queen sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and flat-screened televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Please Note: This condo is located on the first floor which is the parking lot level. However, there is a floor below us with condos located next to the pool. So, you can't walk directly from our balcony to the pool/beach area since you are actually on the 2nd floor!

We had a great visit. The condo was a good size for the seven of us. It was clean and had all the basics we needed. The proximity to the beach and pool was helpful. When our code stopped working, the property manager was prompt to replace it. We would recommend this property.

Spring Break

We took our daughter and friend to the beach for a relaxing week. Check i. Was easy, as the door was on the same level as parking. No stairs or elevators to enter! Once i side the lay out was great, and you have a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Close to shopping and dining and food delivery is easy too. Correspondence with owner was nice and helpful. Great spot for a family with the 3 bedrooms..

Orange Beach Family 4-day trip

The end unit was great! We had a fabulous time. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. Of course it was too early for the outdoor pool but we had a couple of good beach days. Coffee on the patio with dolphin sitings every morning. Management communication was constant and quick. We’ll be back.

Amazing Views

The condo was spacious and clean. The views were incredible. Our family utilized the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the splash pad. We plan to return soon!

Us, kids, grandkids. Loved the place. Very clean. Very up to date. Totally as advertised. Only thing. First floor is actually 2nd floor. We love to stay on ground floor because of small children, so this is a corner 1st floor. Not ground floor

Super convenient

This first floor condo is high enough for an amazing view from the balcony but walks out to the parking lot in the front. Never once had to wait on an elevator! The condo was immaculate. Plenty of hot water for a family of five to take showers AND do laundry. Will stay here again!

Very nice condo

We really liked Phoenix V. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Only negatives. The bathroom floors were dirty especially behind the doors. And the mattresses were old and needed replacing.

Nice stay in Orange Beach

Overall, we enjoyed the property! Very clean and everything is updated. Nice amenities! Some caveats - I guess we expected that a first floor unit would lead directly to the beach, but you have to go to the basement to get out. Also, the damaged sliding glass door (no seal and fogged over) really diminished the beach view and made the property seem old. You should bring a book - there’s no streaming services for the evening. Also the parking fee of $55 per car was a little extreme. Still, we would stay again now that we’re aware of what to expect

Great location!

We had a great time on our getaway. We appreciated the quick response from Melissa when we encountered an issue with the thermostat during the snowstorm. She was amazing! We loved the view from the patio and all the sliding doors despite the one foggy panel. Everything we could possibly need for cooking was available. One review mentioned that the mattresses were recently replaced. We were a little disappointed that although the beds were very comfortable, the king and one queen box spring were very squeaky upon entering and exiting the bed. It was mentioned that the living room furniture had recently been replaced, but the cushions were very soft and it was difficult getting up. There were panels of foam inserted in many of them. One cushion had a broken zipper. This would be a great rental with just a few updates.

Wonderful Stay!

The property is exactly as pictured. Very clean fully stocked with kitchen items so we were able to cook there. Really enjoyed the table on the balcony to enjoy meals at also. Easy walk to beach, pools, splash pad! Conveniently located to grocery store. Check in was simple. Notes say to stop in at desk upon arrival. We arrived at 5pm and no one was at the desk for a while. No problem though cause the door code already worked so stopped back by desk later on. Only thing we wished were lights in bedroom fans were brighter not a major problem just a preference and the lamps helped add light. Over all very pleased and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect end unit

Great property. Well furnished and great communication with the property manager during the rental process. End unit was very quiet and allowed for a much larger sunrise view than other units. Sunset view was a little obscured by the other units of the hotel but still beautiful. We visited during off-season so we were able to get a first come-first serve parking spot directly in front of the unit but otherwise you would have to walk the length of the condo building to get to your unit. Beach access was convenient as there are stairs to the basement directly outside of your unit and you don't have to take the elevator from the lobby if you don't want to. Overall exceptional.

This corner unit is beautiful. The location is great and we had the best time. The splash pad is perfect for the kids. Orange Beach is our absolute most favorite.

Clean. Unobstructed, fabulous view from the balcony. Eays beach access. Efficient and spacious for the six of us. Kitchen appliances and couch need replaced. Couch is broken. Toaster takes a really, really long time to work. Master shower slow to drain.
