Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Place was just as advertised, clean and close to lots of restaurants (The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Hooters, etc.). It was VERY hot during our stay but the air conditioner kepk the room cool. Beautiful beach view. Highly recommend this stay.

Love the room, except for the couch and chair. They need replacing asap. Wasn’t able to sit on them. Walls are paper thin . Could hear guests on either side, talking and sometimes too loud.Had people banging on our door, late at night.Would probably stay again. Price wasn’t bad.

Perfect for quick getaway

Our stay at this 1-bedroom efficiency condo was absolutely perfect for a quick beach getaway! The view was stunning – nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves and an oceanfront view. The condo itself was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for a short trip.The location was unbeatable. We didn’t move our car once the entire trip – everything was walkable, from restaurants to shops and, of course, the beach right at our doorstep. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free.If you’re looking for a relaxing, convenient place to unwind by the beach, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Location can't be better, would be a busy spot during the summer months but for the off season it was the best. Immediate access to sidewalks, the beach, the Hangout, a small park, Pink Pony, etc. Very minimal but everything you need for a short stay. Hot tub would have been a very nice touch for a winter stay, but water was cold. Everything was clean and we didn't have any issue with check-in, check-out, or during our stay! Great size for a family of 4 or less. Would recommend, especially for a budget friendly trip!

Great room/location but elevators didn’t work.

Room was perfect for us, and loved the location. Neither of the elevators worked when we checked in so had to carry everything to the 5th floor. The following day 1 of the 2 elevators worked.

Great getaway

We booked our stay as a last-minute change of plans. We got a great rate. The property is close to everything! We walked to every restaurant and shop that we wanted to visit. The only drawback, if you are traveling with children, is that the pool is very small. However, we had no use for the pool as we spent our time on the beach, which was right outside the hotel. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but a quick text message took care of it. We plan to return in the future!
