GULF FRONT Hotel Suite! It is just like a CONDO!!! Phoenix Hotels

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath. This room is located on the east corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Great location. But definitely not a place to enjoy a week of vacation. Way too small. NO DRYERS! Or washing machine in the room. Pics make it look as though there is a hot tub on the property, but its a kiddie pool..

Poo Poo Property!

This property was not as advertised. The photos were not accurate at all. The elevators didn't work and the stairwells were locked at times too. Very disappointing and overpriced, especially when so many restaurants, bars and area attractions were closed. There was also a discussion about the price being changed after we confirmed our reservation with the property manager. She was very rude and blamed vrbo for the price discrepancy. Will never stay at a Brett/,Robinson property again!
