Welcome to Cabana Del Mar – A Spacious Coastal Retreat Near the Beach


Welcome to Cabana Del Mar, a warm and inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bath home designed for making lasting memories with family and friends. This comfortable coastal retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax, gather, and enjoy the laid-back beach lifestyle.


Just a short and scenic walk from the home, you’ll find the beautiful sandy beach—perfect for morning strolls, beach days, and sunset walks. The large yard is a standout feature, offering ample space for boat parking, water toys, and outdoor fun. Outdoor grilling areas make cookouts easy, while the screened-in porches provide cozy spots for conversation or quiet evenings enjoying the coastal breeze.


Inside, the home features a spacious open living area ideal for relaxing together, along with a welcoming dining space and a fully equipped kitchen that makes meal preparation simple. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen beds, including one with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a screened porch. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor near the living area.


The lower level adds extra comfort and flexibility, featuring a large washer and dryer, additional sleeping areas, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. There is a luxurious king bed and two twin beds on this level, making it ideal for early mornings, late-night snacks, or guests who appreciate additional space and privacy.


Whether you’re planning a relaxing beach escape or an adventure-filled coastal vacation, Cabana Del Mar offers space, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere just minutes from the shore.


You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events.
This home is dog-friendly. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.

Loved the back porch!!! No access to bottom area except from outside. Dryer was being repaired. Very cozy and cutely decorated.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family place, We had 8 adults,3 Teenagers, 6 under 8, and the house fit us great. Not a far drive to the private beach for the HOA. But you can walk. Water was good and the beach was clean. Had a great time!!
