Lighthouse 304 is an enchanting 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, perfectly crafted for a relaxing beach vacation. Nestled on the 3rd floor in Gulf Shores, this condo offers a serene escape with the soothing sound of ocean waves as your constant backdrop.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, boasting a King bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a spacious walk-in closet for your convenience, and a luxurious private Primary bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy setting with 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath. The third bedroom, fitted with a comfortable Queen bed, ensures everyone has their peaceful retreat.

The heart of this condo is its fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook up your favorite meals with ease. Free WiFi keeps you connected, whether you're streaming your favorite shows or catching up on emails. Additionally, a washer and dryer are included for your laundry needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Excellent Property

Condo was clean. The condition of the furniture and appliances was great. The location (close to elevator) was perfect. Received communication from the property manager any time there would be someone coming (pest control, maintenance) so we would know they had been in the room. Overall my family and I had a great time relaxing while also enjoying all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a great location. You can park on the 3rd floor directly in front of the door which made un loading and loading up the car a breeze. You can walk to a small grocery store across the street. There is an ice machine on the ground floor. There was a dried up contact lens on the night stand which is the reason for the 3 stars on cleanliness, otherwise it was fine. Spacious balcony. One of our guest did try and sleep on the pull out couch, but there were no extra sheets and blankets for it in any of the rooms. Overall the stay was great, beach service was great, I would recommend this condo!

Everything was like the pictures. Had a very nice stay. The only remarks would be the floor wasn't all the way clean and the pool was dirty most days. Could still swim but there were areas you would have to avoid.

The Lighthouse is our favorite building in Gulf Shores. This unit was comfortable but lacked any type of rugs and the floors were not very clean, left socks black on the bottom. Otherwise the unit was fairly clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, and the location was perfect. Parking was right outside the condo so you didn't have to use the elevator every time you left. There was plenty of sitting for our group. The only complaint would be with the small tv's.

Great location!

The condo was very spacious and bright! We loved all of the windows and the property was clean and had everything we needed. All 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom which is very convenient. Customer service was awesome! The only downside were the kitchen utensils. They were very flimsy. We cook a lot when staying and needed some better utensils. We would definitely stay in this condo again. I would also recommend eating at Bahama Bobs. Great shrimp!

We had a great time during our stay. The place was plenty big for our group. The check in process was good after we figured out where to go on the second floor. It was nice coming when we did. Crowd was very low and it was super easy to get around They only thing we were a little Leary of was the tight Fit getting into parking garage which isn’t the owner’s fault. We made it though. Would be nice if people with bigger vehicles wouldn’t park on the ends so the turns would be a little easier.

The best! The location was perfect! The parking deck was a major plus for us. We took our parents and they are both 80+ years old. The fact that they could both get out of our car and walk straight in to the condo was by far the best blessing of this trip. My dad has Parkinson’s plus dementia and cannot walk far and this condo was beyond ideal!! Plus, finding a condo with a walk-in shower (for my father) was a lot harder than I expected! This place was PERFECT! He was able to move around with his walker with complete ease and we were able to place his shower chair in the shower!! And.. despite the balcony being closed because of renovations, he was still able to sit in the room and have an excellent view of the beach!! I have stayed in many, many condos in this area since I was a small child and I must say, this one is by far my FAVORITE!! We will be back and I highly recommend this unit!! Clean.. Spacious.. and perfectly located to all the wonderful things this area had to offer!!
