This Gulf Shores condo rental is located on the 9th floor and features a large private balcony, accessible from the living room and master suite.

The master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. There is a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully-equipped including an Espresso machine. The living room features a sofa sleeper. This unit accommodates up to 6 people.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Island Royale is located 0.8 miles West of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores. The property offers an indoor/outdoor swim-through pool and an indoor hot tub. Free wireless internet provided.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
