Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the front counter of Island Winds East upon arrival. It's important to keep in mind that during holidays, special event dates, and the prime season, only one parking pass is available per unit.

Perfect Location on the Beach

The beach was nice, but the weather was a little cool. We ate at some excellent restaurants and enjoyed the views. The condo is perfect for a couple, but really not for a family. The staff was friendly and communicated with us before during and after our stay.

The check-in process and communication was excellent. The condo included all the essentials and was tidy. The property grounds were well maintained and located within a short walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops and liquor stores. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning next year.

Great Stay

It was right on the beach with a great view. We were also very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, mini golf etc. We loved that it was like a little apartment to stay in with a washer and dryer and full kitchen. It was very easy to find, and the employees kept in contact with you and answered you back very fast. We just went to a local Walgreens to grab detergent and toilet paper for the week. The pool was always cleaned every morning and security was on sight as well.

We were very impressed with location and Condo! It was very spacious, clean, and all appliances worked well.pool was amazing, we used one of the grills down by pool and ate at the table available, it was very nice! I would recommend staying there to anyone! Close to souvenir stores, restaurants, etc. Beach was nice, Parking lot well lit and pool also at night. We will definitely plan on coming there our next trip.

Convenient, clean

Property was very clean. Ample towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit is smaller than it appears in the pictures. I wish there was a door to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the condo as i tend to be up earlier than my husband. But overall, very nice. Close to Gulf shores Pkwy. Lovely pool. Do feel parking should be included, not be an extra $50. Loved the balcony facing the gulf.

1st family beach vaca

This was the 1st vacation we have gone on that we stayed more than just a weekend. This was my son’s 1st time to the beach (actually his 1st time out of our state!) and my husbands 2nd time to the beach (he was so little he doesn’t remember it). We had a blast! My husband and I enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony, watching the ocean. It was so relaxing. My son loved the pool and the sand! We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go, which was perfect! We had a blast!

Room 505

Room was by elevators. Loud in hallway. Police action at 2am. from intoxicated residents. Building location to things was great! Security was very good. It was a college Spring Break timeline.

Beautiful beach and view!

When we arrived to pickup our parking pass the people working in the office were not very friendly. Our next shock was when we entered the condo and it didn’t resemble the online picture. The furnishings were different. Also the closet door was off the hinges and many of the window blind sections were missing. I will say the management company did get someone over right away to repair the closet door. The maintenance guy, Jason did point us in the right direction for some good food. The beach was beautiful, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. After our initial shock we had a nice week.

This property needs a face lift. Wall patching is poorly done, the ceiling has numerous areas of missing covering where it has fallen off. The painting is sloppy and the stovetop looks like someone attacked it with a file. The couch is very uncomfortable. We haven’t used Liquid Life before and we won’t again. We will be going back to our previous rental company.

GREAT VIEW BUT NO PRIVACY

Great property...Needs some small upgrades. Unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the lack of pricacy on the balcony. You can literaly hear your neighbors and see into the adjacent condo.

It was perfect for what we needed!!! I loved how close it was to everything. It is just my husband and I and we are very low maintenance. As long as there’s a bath tub and a TV in the bedroom we are happy. But this had so much more! 100/10 will stay again!!! Oh and the water pressure in the shower was PHENOMENAL. I miss it now that I’m home. lol.
