About this property
Gulf front home with pool on the beach & pet friendly
- Gorgeous 6 bedroom/6 bath gulf front duplex on West Beach Blvd. This property is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped. Enjoy coffee on one of the three covered porches overlooking the gulf. If the surf is too rough you can go for a swim in the pool. This home can sleep up to 20 people. Sunset has two master suites overlooking the gulf. One master suite occupies the entire third floor and has a garden tub with a separate shower. The other master faces the gulf on the 2nd floor. Each master suite has a king bed. There is also a king room on the first floor. One bedroom on 2nd floor is set up for the kids and has two bunks (double over double). There are a total of 3 king size beds, 2 queen beds, 4 double beds, and a sleeper sofa. There is a large laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer. Covered parking is available and a charcoal grill is located under the house by the pool deck. The location of his home is perfect, just 2 miles from Hwy. 59 and minutes away from great shopping and restaurants.
