    This listing comprises both sides of a Gulf-facing duplex in Gulf Shores' Plantation Cottages, with each side offering 1,362 square feet of living space, a full kitchen, and a multi-level balcony (each side can be rented separately as well, as Plantation Place #H407A and Plantation Place #H407B). You'll be within minutes of the community's indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, gym, and boardwalk that leads to the beach down the street, and a quick drive from Gulf State Park and the Kiva Dunes Golf Course.
