Beachfront studio with glass-enlcosed balcony

Gulf Tower 1C, located at 1051 West Beach Boulevard, is a beach front studio condo with one bathroom. Furnished with basic, somewhat dated furniture, the unit features a queen size bed along with a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 4 people comfortably. Gulf Tower 1C has a kitchenette but NO washer and dryer. The enclosed glass balcony creates some extra space and allows you to open the room up and let in the sights and sounds of the beach in front of you. There is a TV and DVD player in the room. Guests are welcome to bring extra linens.

Gulf Tower is in a prime Gulf Shores location. 1.5 miles from the popular Hangout and public beaches and 3 miles to the Gulf State Park & Pier. Not to mention the proximity to all the best dining and shopping this island has to offer! With its amazing beach front location access to the our white sandy beaches is a breeze! Aside from the fantastic coastal views, there is also an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, exercise room, and free WiFi in the Club Room for your use and pleasure. This location does have an elevator for ease of access throughout the building.

Nice spot for couples getaway

The location is really nicely convenient to the Hangout and main drag but far enough away to be quiet. The layout is nice but needs a few updates to be top notch.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Cozy low-key getaway for senior couple with beautiful views of beach and ocean. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, and Gulf Shores Beach. This unit could use a little freshening up, but it was clean and comfortable for us.

A Wonderful Beach Stay

My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. We loved our experience!

We loved the glass in balcony. The air worked great. needs some updating. Stove was very old, and the oven didn't work (burned everything wouldn't hold temp). Maint. tried to fix it but so old couldn't get parts for it. Tub wouldn't hold water but maint. brought us a stopper. Not having a washer and drier was a challenge with wet towels and no place to hang them to dry but we managed. overall it's a nice condo and great location if they fix the little things. Stove might not be a deal breaker for some, but we like to cook breakfast and lunch in our room.

The room was very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Great view of the ocean. Loved the sunroom. The only complaint was someone before us didn’t wash the dishes very well and the toaster didn’t work. Overall everything was great!

Comfy & cozy

My husband & I just wanted a relaxing lazy get-away and we got what we needed. The balcony was great to be able to sit out on no matter what the weather was. There is no washer/dryer or dish washer which was fine since we ate out and didn't want the extra work this trip. The only thing we used the kitchen for was our morning coffee. :p

Could hear water from other rooms (sounded like we had leak) Wasn’t told only one vehicle per unit was allowed. You can’t grill nor smoke when raining; bc there isn’t a cover to stand under.

Vacation

Our first time at Gulf Shores and we were not aware of them renovating our condo. We were told it was ready for us. Exposed wires in hallway and in our bathroom, elevators were being worked. Most all outlets were useless because the plug ins wouldn’t stay plugged in very loose. Bed was falling apart and some of the light switches didn’t work properly. Overall the location was nice, right on the beach, beautiful view from our room balcony, had a nice pool, wasn’t very far from shops and restaurants.
