No expense spared in the complete renovation of this 2 Bed, 1 Bath beachside oasis. Located in the peaceful West Beach area of Gulf Shores, this condo at Sunchase allows you to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer without the hassle. Relax on the white sand beaches without having to cross the street!

We are less than two miles from the Hangout and just a short walk from area restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor and convenience store. One of Enjoy the brand new open kitchen and living space as well as the stylish bedrooms and updated bathroom. One of the only complexes with a heated pool!

We offer the following:
1 Queen Bed
2 Twin Beds
1 Sofa Sleeper
Washer/dryer in unit
Beach Essentials such as chairs, towels, beach toys.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher.

Full bathroom with hair dryer and iron.

We provide parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #212. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis. You will also receive instructions with the check in details on purchasing an additional pass.

A pool card is provided to access the pool area and is located on the key hook by the front door. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost/stolen key cards.

Great Beach Location

The location cannot be beat! It was wonderful to walk right out to the beach from the property. Beds were comfortable, laundry in the unit was greatly appreciated and the property contact was quick to respond when we needed something. The pool is tiny, essentially the size of a very large hot tub. Maybe the smallest pool I have ever seen. We didn’t use it because there were always too many people in it. That is the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. It didn’t really impact our stay. We really enjoyed our beach time.

We enjoyed our stay

You had beach chairs available, beach toys for kids, outdoor chairs for enjoying the view. We really enjoyed the complex and stay if I had anything to complain about it would be the lack of parking. I think for the price instead of having to pay for the second car to park it should be free. Very few times does everyone meeting up comes in one vehicle. However it would not stop me from coming back. Thank you Patti for making it a special weekend with family we don’t get to see often
