Historic Home - Private Beach Access - World Class Golf!

  • In the heart of Gulf Shores, our house is two blocks from the beach and all the eats! The property has private beach access just 2 blocks from the house. 3 blocks from Hangout Festival.

    We are ideally located for world class golf in Gulf Shores - just 13 minutes to Craft Farms, and just 20 minutes to Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf!

    Newly renovated historical cottage with TONS OF room. 2000 square feet. A spacious kitchen, Two dens, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half bath! Sleeps 12 comfortably!

    The Southern Sun House was originally part of the Oleander Cottages on the beach in the early 1950s then later moved to its current location in 1998! Our newly renovated beach cottage is the perfect place to gather together for your getaway!

    Spend your days soaking up the sun or enjoying the local adventures!
