Kiva Dunes Lodge Unit 306

Kiva Lodge 306 is a large corner unit that has been completely renovated with fresh paint, new appliances, TVs, furniture and more. It is a 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit overlooking the gorgeous greens with an over-sized balcony that wraps around for beautiful views of the Kiva community, the golf course, and Mobile Bay. Facing west, this view is perfect for early morning coffee on the balcony and watching beautiful sunsets in the evening. Kiva Lodge has a restaurant and a pool on site for your
convenience. However, your stay here also makes you eligible for using the open-air Kiva Beach Club, which has a great restaurant and bar with service around the walk-in entry pool as well as on the beach. There are two other pools in the community, as well, giving you options for privacy and family fun. Kiva lodge sits right on the golf course and has a well-trained staff to meet all your golfing and vacation needs. Getting to the Beach Club, the beach, and other locations in the community is an easy walk or quick ride on the shuttle.
