Ground level duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 private bedrooms (1 king bed; 2 twin beds) and 1 full bathroom (separate soaking tub and shower). Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, standard coffeemaker - no dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a DUPLEX. This listing is for the DOWNSTAIRS private unit. The upstairs unit may be rented separately and may be occupied by another guest during your stay. You may hear guest movement above.

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

Beautiful property by the beach

This property was PERFECT for our week vacation at Gulf Shores! The house was just as pictured, and very convenient location wise. The neighborhood is quiet, and peaceful. You don't hear much noise at all from the strip even though you are so close to the main area! We absolutely loved it, and would pick this place again.

Pictures are very accurate to the condo. Very close to tons of restaurants, souvenir shops & the beach! It’s a little walk to the beach, but there is close public beach access parking available if needed. Would stay here again!

Great location!

One street away from the beach, a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything! This place had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have rented from Shonna many times and she is a delight to work with and very fast to respond to any questions. We will definitely rent again from her! Thanks for another great visit!

This was our second stay and this is a great property for a small family. Love that its ground level and everything was as described in the listing. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and the location is perfectly settled within walking distance of the beach and some shops but off the main busy road. You are able to hear the guest above this unit but it was not bad, if there is a large family or group above I can see how people would find it disturbing.

The property was clean and comfortable. We were allowed to bring our standard poodle. We also enjoyed the bathtub. The weather was not great during our stay so we did not do much walking. However, the location is very convenient. We did not have an issue with any tenants upstairs.

Pros- good location and the tub was amazing. I loved having two sinks! Lots of cooking utensils. Cons- you could hear every sound from upstairs. I was very happy there until there were upstairs occupants. The floor was dirty. There was only one lamp in the entire place. The other lighting is bright bright. No salt and pepper.
