With views of Little Lagoon from two private decks, this home offers an easy, half-block walk to the beach on a pedestrian-friendly street. Area attractions abound within a short drive of the home.



    Featuring a classic, stilted design, the home's split-level floor plan is well-appointed for group gathering and comfort. Enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the breezy, private deck and retreat inside to central AC to beat the heat at the end of the day. Relax in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen comes well-equipped with updated, stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher - for easy meal prep and cleanup.



    Located upstairs, both bedrooms include en suite bathroom access. The primary bedroom includes a private, water view deck.
