The Space:

Life's Porpoise at Little Lagoon Cottages is conveniently located approximately 4 miles west of highway 59 on West Beach Blvd. Close enough for a short drive to restaurants and attractions, but away from the traffic, hustle and bustle of the busiest tourist areas so you can enjoy a peaceful beach vacation. The home sits across from the beach with private beach access directly across from the home. No more walking long distances, driving to enjoy the beach, or dealing with crowds at the beach. Uniquely situated between Little Lagoon and the beach, you have the best of both! Offering beach views from the balcony, steps from the beach, a lovely lagoon-side pool, and a pier, you are sure to have a beach vacation of a lifetime at Life’s Porpoise.



Life's Porpoise sleeps 10 comfortably on new, quality mattresses to ensure you are well rested for your daytime adventures. Each sleeping area has new, 4K smart TVs so you can stay connected as needed. Blackout shades and room darkening curtains help keep the bright southern sun at bay if you prefer to sleep in. The master bedroom features a king bed, 42' TV, balcony access with a great beach view and an adjoining master bath with double sinks, walk-in shower and double closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 42' TV, balcony access and adjoining bathroom with a shower, bathtub and double closet. The bunk area outside the bedrooms is a great space for little ones. The bunks are equipped with a built-in ladder, lights and adorable shark bedding and pillows just for the kids. The bunks have a 42' TV for relaxing with cartoons after a day at the beach. Additional sleeping for 4 guests is available on the first floor with a built-in fold-out full-size Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. The full bath on the first floor has a shower and bathtub.



The home has a well-equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. The kitchen is rounded out with new stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy your morning coffee from the large kitchen table while looking out to the gulf. The living area offers plenty of seating with a leather sleeper sofa and loveseat. There is a full-sized washer & dryer on the main level.



Outside the home are two decks that offer great views of the beach. Comfortable deck chairs are available on each deck for those who like to relax and take in the view. The community pool offers a fun option for cooling off or enjoying time with the kids. Lounge chairs are provided on the sundeck of the pool area. An outside shower beneath the home makes for easy clean up after a trip to the beach or on the lagoon. Parking under the home can accommodate 2 vehicles.

The Neighborhood:

Eighteen (18) Luxurious Coastal Cottages at Little Lagoon Cottages. Directly on Little Lagoon and across from the beach with beach access. Two bedrooms, 3 full baths with 1362 (+/-) square footage.



Other Things to Note:

No Smoking.



AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.



Per HOA rules, Grills are not allowed anywhere on the property.
