My husband and I surprised our grandson with this trip for Fall Break. We loved staying at the Lighthouse at David's place. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. We did have to leave a day early because of the hurricane but everything was so nice. We would love to stay there again.

The balcony furniture was in bad shape and falling apart. We had to put towels over it to sit on it. The ice was unusable as water not filtered. Otherwise the unit was nice and very comfortable. Owners were very accommodating due to hurricane.

This building is great for those with small kids! The zero entry pool and easy beach access made the trip for us. The owner included a beach wagon and chairs with the unit so that was definitely helpful! The unit was clean and tidy, and my toddler enjoyed the bunk room (just note that only the top bunk has rails so if you have a climber, this may not be for you!). There is also a pack n play in the unit if you need it. Overall, we loved our stay here, but there were some things we felt were missing. Kitchen: There are most kitchen tools and cookware, small appliances, etc; however, there are very few basics. There was no salt and pepper or spices of any kind, no coffee filters or k cups, no foil/plastic wrap/parchment paper/ziplocs, and only one kitchen towel. We did spend a fair amount of time in the kitchen so this resulted in some emergency trips to the store and I wish I would have been more prepared. Bathrooms: only the toilet paper that was on the roll was included. There were no unopened extras in either bathroom. This was another emergency trip. We had 4 adults and 2 kids on our stay and the towels were adequate (I think there were 8) but it would have been nice to have a couple of extras. There is one bar of handsoap in each bathroom, but no other soaps are provided.Cleaning: there is some dish soap, a small pack for one dishwasher load, and one for the washer. This was adequate for what we needed, but bring extras if you have a longer stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is a beautifully decorated and fully furnished and we were very pleased with how the owner made sure we had everything we needed. He was always quick to answer when we had questions. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back next year!
