Beautiful Beachfront Cottage ~ Steps To The Water ~ Amazing Sunrise and Sunsets!

Sea Turtle East - Beautiful Beachfront Home on the white sugar sand Fort Morgan beach.

Sleeps 8 - 10 guests, featuring one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, four bunk beds, and two full-size couches (they do not fold out into beds). Large Screen television with Roku and separate smart televisions in each bedroom for video streaming.

We made several updates to the home, including new flooring, new sofas, a new roof, and new ocean-side windows, as reflected in some of the pictures (We removed the tile and installed waterproof laminate - guests so far have raved about it)

The Fort Morgan area is 15 minutes from Gulf Shores, allowing for quick access to amusement parks, zoos, etc., however the short drive provides for an exclusive beachfront experience. No crowds on the beaches, and pristine views from the covered patio. See the dolphins swim by as you enjoy your favorite beverage on one of the back porch rocking chairs.

Larger parties frequently rent both sides of the Duplex (Sea Turtle East and Dolphin West) which will sleep up to 20, and provides two separate, fully equipped kitchens, as well as two separate living room areas (which is perfect for families that want to be in the same home, yet need a bit of private space).

We love staying here in this home. It’s just a short walk to the beach.

We love it here and have stayed here the last several years. Owner is very nice and communicative to our needs. He always responds in a timely manner. If you haven’t tried the tintop restaurant you have to try it while you are here.

50 th anniversary get-away

House is as described; lovely and beach is amazing. Kitchen very well appointed for cooking meals. Beach chairs, floats and sand toys were a definite plus. Comfortable beds and ample room for gathering.

Great Getaway!

Beautiful beach location! The house is wonderful and the view is gorgeous. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip! Would definitely recommend to others and it would be a great duplex for a larger group or 2 families who want to travel together and have their own space.

Great beach stay

This was probably one of our best trips to the gulf. The house was amazing and just as advertised. We had a everything we needed and the back deck was our favorite place to be. You won’t be sorry staying here.

Relax on the beach

This house was perfect for a week on the beach. The layout was open and inviting, but the best part was the back porch. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful view.

Wonderful slice of pure joy

This was our second stay at this property. It is a beautiful location. We loved our view of the white sand and blue water. Walk out the back door and you are on the sand. The location is quiet and not crowded like the public areas of Gulf Shores. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with my family

This was a perfect setup for a beach vacation, as the property is right on the beach. You can literally sit on the back porch and just watch the ocean while your kids play in the sand right in front of you. There is a large table for meals and games, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV's in every room, two bathrooms, and everything you could need. We would absolutely stay here again!

Paradise on the beach

The beach is literally out the back door! Make sure you bring extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, and laundry soap. Otherwise the place was perfect. Our neighbors were so quiet and we didn’t even know they were there. We would love to stay again

Will be back next year

Rent both sides for large family groups who want to be together, but have separate spaces. It worked perfect for our family! The location is great for people who want a beach and not the busy-ness of shops and restaurants (have to drive 15 min to ‘town’!). Loved it!

This is the fourth year I have stayed at this property. I love the location. This year there was quite a bit of repair work being done. There was plastic sheeting on the side of the house that would make a lot of noise when the wind blows. Lots of touch up painting that needs to be completed. The floor still has some soft spots. That being said, I still love the place and will go back next year.

Great Beach Getaway!

We booked our stay at the last minute for a family getaway. We had a group of 9 people, and the 3 bedrooms fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having a short walk to the beach and a great view from the back porch. Our only complaints would be that we were only provided 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll or toilet paper, 1 kitchen trash bag, 1 dishcloth, and 1 dish towel. For a house capable of sleeping up to 10 this wasn’t nearly enough. There were 2 separate groups in the big house next door that were fairly loud at night, but this is beyond anyone’s control. We felt this house was great for the rate, so would definitely consider booking again!

Family oriented serene house

This property is as stated. Arrived late and was grateful a light had been left on for us. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. The kitchen is very well stocked so didn’t need some of the extra stuff I brought. This is an amazing location and a wonderful home. I never heard the neighbors even though this is a duplex. The owner was in contact beforehand and provided all of the information necessary for the stay. The only thing that may bother some is poor cell reception in the area, but I found that to be fantastic! I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing, quiet, & peaceful experience with family. The beach is at the bottom of the steps and the ocean is a few steps away.
