Recently updated, Unit 305A features a kitchen with granite countertops, Luxury Vinyl flooring, and an inviting, relaxed decor. The spacious bedroom is bathed in natural light and has a luxurious King bed. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach and has a pull out sofa bed for any additional guests. Perfect for a fun filled vacation at the beach, this condo complex includes a boat ramp and 2 piers on Little Lagoon, first come first serve boat slips, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, a covered grilling area by the water, and 2 lighted tennis courts with pickleball. It really is the ideal getaway spot for guests looking to experience all that Gulf Shores has to offer!
