Nice central location, beware added fees to swim

Didn't catch the $40/pp/day for use of pool and facilities but we didn't have time for it so not a huge deal. The general cleanliness was fine but the baseboards need a good scrubbing, as does the shower and towel bowl. The floor was sandy too but the property is lovely!! We truly enjoyed the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings, and the spacious areas indoors during the evenings. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen is wonderful. Lovely!

The place was very spacious, clean and nice. No complaints there, however on the second to last day a family with a rambunctious toddler checked in and the whole day all you could hear was foot steps coming from the roof. So as long as you get a top floor or no kids above you it should be very peaceful. 5 out of 5 ... minus the kids ;)

Over ten years and counting

We have stayed in this unit at the Peninsula for approximately 10 years. We LOVE it and will continue to return. Rick, the property manager, is extremely responsive to even the smallest issue. We love sitting on the screened in porch drinking coffee and watching the golfers, then playing the Peninsula courses in the afternoon. Six adults equals twelve thumbs up!

Vacation and Baseball Tourney Combined

We loved the place. Lots of room and everything we needed was included. The one downfall was the foot traffic from the upstairs unit was awful. There were little kids in the above unit that ran back and forth till after 12 am and we needed to be up and 6 am. Just expect to hear walking and stomping from the above unit. Otherwise the place is amazing.

Overall the property was well maintained---The process was easy enough--- My only question is why did everything outside the front door,-- all amenities-- swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. have a fee to it? Having paid over $700.00 for one and a half days, I am surprised!

Great condo, great location, perfect customer service

The location of this gated property is unbeatable: less than 15 minutes from the great beaches and very tasty restaurants. Three big bedrooms, three spacey bathrooms with lots of towels. Kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit. When we left, we forgot something behind, and Rick was so kind to find our missing items and send them back. If we could give them 10 stars for customer service, we would! We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful location next to golf course with tennis courts and pool. Walk to the boardwalk out to see the birds was amazing. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. It smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. There was gray hair stuck to the mirror and somebody else’s dirty sock when we arrived. We’ve stayed at the links multiple times and this is the first time the condo has not been immaculate when we arrived.

Great place I'd stay again

We got a great deal on this place and it had (mostly)everything we needed. The kitchen had the most tools I had ever seen in any condo rental. The pros: great space (plenty for a family of 6), kitchen was well equipped, loved screend in porch, close to beaches, bonus indoor entertainment included (books, cards, puzzles, DVD's, and satellite cable), walking trails, indoor and outdoor pool on property, pack and play for baby in the closet, and obviously golf! We didn't golf or play tennis, but the property is nice. Cons (these are just things I missed and I felt should have been provided): extra linens and pillows, dish soap and/or dishwasher detergent, extra kitchen towels (both were soaked after handwashing many dishes), and clearer instructions for finding the property entrance. Other commentary: The listing did not mention a separate cost for pool access, but we got it worked out. The beds were ok, I slept fine but my husband wasn't real comfortable. Overall we were satisfied with this place and if the opportunity arises we'd seek to stay here again. To those who are considering this place and read this far, I recommend this condo! Thanks Rick!
