Lovely place & great views but…

What a view- gulf and lagoon and location, location, location. Here are the things that need to be addressed: 1) no sofa bed, 2) yes they have bar b que pits, 3) missing access codes in the portal and 4) timeliness in responding. So called when we got there because maintenance is needed and no one came. Called 2 days before about 3rd parking pass and was promised a call back- didn’t happen so when I called when we arrived we magically got one. Finally the floor was not clean. Sound like a real complainer but willing to let some things go and again our family had a great time and the location. Is awesome and the overall property rocks!
