Memory Maker by GSVR | Spacious Beachfront Retreat w/ Heated Pool, Elevator + FREE Activities/Golf
- Memory Maker (formerly Hangin 10) is back and better than ever. This wonderful home has 8 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath and Smart TV. 4 King bedrooms, 3 that each have a pair of Queens, and 1 with a Queen plus a Twin over Twin Bunk. 4 of the bedrooms (3 kings, 1 pair of queens) are beachfront with beachfront porches. All bedrooms have private baths, and Smart TVs.
The main floor features a large great room opening to a beachfront porch and your own private pool. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges and 2 dishwashers plus a tremendous amount of counter space so you can comfortably cook for a crowd, and there is dining space for everyone. You'll also find a half bath on this level.
The middle floor features 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath. There are two beachfront Kings, one is handicap accessible including a bath with a roll-in shower. The NE bedroom has two Queens. The NW bedroom has one Queen, plus a Twin over Twin Bunk. You'll also find a laundry in the hall.
The top floor also has 4 bedrooms including a beachfront King, a beachfront Pair of Queens, and on the north side a King bedroom, and one with a Pair of Queens. The second laundry is located on this floor.
The beachfront Private Heated Pool is the perfect place to relax (heatable October through May for $60/day).
Memory Maker is located about 3 miles west of Hwy 59, a few hundred yards east of Lagoon Pass which offers great fishing as the tides flow in and out of the lagoon. You'll be close to restaurants & shops but away from condos & crowds.
Sorry! We are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. No bachelor or bachelorette parties.
